Family chalet in Verchaix

Old renovated farmhouse located just above the Verchaix chapel and able to accommodate 8 people.
Ground floor:
- Equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, fondue set, raclette, and plancha
- south-facing living room, a double bedroom with adjoining shower, a bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet
upstairs: two south-facing bedrooms (one with a double bed with balcony and the other with two twin beds which can form a double bed), a shower room and WC
- a cellar (former Savoyard stable) with washing machine, dryer and ski room
- an east-facing curtain with terrace

Facing south, the chalet is located 100m from the ski bus shuttle (10 minutes from the Grand Massif Express) and 1km from the Morillon ski lifts.
Departure on site for numerous walks or hikes, possibly accessible on snowshoes in winter in the mountains or along the Giffre leading to Samoëns and Sixt Fer à Cheval.


For skiers, the Grand Massif area (5 stations: Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns, Sixt Fer à Cheval) offers 265 km of slopes. The door to the sun is accessible via Les Gets at 20km.

In summer you will have access to very beautiful hikes, and many activities are offered at the blue lake (located in Verchaix bas): tennis, mini golf, supervised swimming, canyoning, horse riding ...

Très beau et spacieux chalet avec une vue extraordinaire

Séjour ski avec 2 familles (4 adultes et 5 adolescents) . Le départ station depuis Morillon est à 5 min en voiture ou en navette bus. Le chalet au Verchaix est top ! Très spacieux et hyper bien équipé.

Séjour entre amis et en famille très agréable

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce très joli chalet familial.Le chalet est spacieux et bien agencé et nous y avons passé une semaine plus qu'agréable. Nous étions 11 : 6 adultes et 5 enfants entre 3 et 7 ans.Les chambres sont bien organisées ainsi que les pièces de vie. Et le salon est très charmant et il offre une vue magnifique sur la montagne et ses couchés de soleil.La propriétaire a été disponible et très compréhensive (nous avons eu des accidents avec du matériel) et nous la remercions une nouvelle fois pour cela.L'emplacement est assez pratique car on peut descendre en 5min au parking du télécabine de Morillon pour monter à la station. Le village de Verchaix est charmant. Il propose diverses animations.

Super séjour, chalet magnifique et très bien équipé. Facilité de communication avec les propriétaires. Très bon emplacement a 5 minutes de la navette qui vous permet de vous rendre au centre de Morillon et aux remontées mécaniques en 10 minutes.

Mooi ruim en goed uitgerust huis, geweldig uitzicht. Rustige locatie. Nadeel is wel de steile weg ernaartoe. Bij sneeuw kettingen noodzakelijk. Skibushalte verder weg dan beschreven (270m) Maar een zeer sfeervolle en comfortabele woning .

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour ce chalet rénové

Bel aménagement pour ce chalet pouvant accueillir 10 personnes sans se sentir à l'étroit. Séjour vaste et lumineux, orienté sud avec balcon; très sympathique geste d'accueil des propriétaires qui ont répondu très gentiment à nos demandes, tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour en famille.

très bon séjour , très bien située pour partir en randonnée.

nous avons passé un bon séjour. la location est proche de Samoëns et de Morillon, près des bases de loisir. les randonnées peuvent se faire à partir de la maison, ce qui est un vrai atout quand on aime marcher.

Maison au calme

Nous avons passé un séjour tranquille dans cette maison ( avec vue du balcon ) . La terrasse couverte est bien agréable ,même si elle est encaissée ( maisons autour) .La literie est bonne , les 3 salles d’eau bien pratiques ainsi que la fournir des draps et serviettes . La maison reste fraiche ( juillet pluvieux) . Il nous a manqué un peu de vaisselle ainsi qu’une rallonge pour la raclette et du feu pour l’appareil à fondue ( le barbecue à gaz nous a sauvé) . (Petit détail : le wifi ne passe pas très bien au rez de chaussée ) Le coin est charmant et isolé donc tranquille. On trouve tout à proximité et les activités sont variées. Arrivée libre ( pour nous ) car boite à clés codée et accueil avec la bouteille et le saucisson sur la table, merci encore. Nous avons pu partir un peu plus tard que prévu dans la journée du samedi. La propriétaire reste disponible pour toute info. Je conseille cette location.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable. Le chalet est fonctionnel, la propriétaire très sympathique. Il manque peut-être un livret d'explication sur l'aspect fonctionnel (tri, ordures ménagères...). Dommage que la terrasse soit à l'ombre surtout en hiver.

Un bon bol d'air

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine. Emmanuelle à été super, nous avons pu arriver un jour avant la date prévue, communication parfaite. Le chalet est magnifique avec vue sur les sommets, très lumineux, localisé dans une impasse donc au calme. Merci pour tout. A bientôt!

Gite bien équipé et idéalement situé

Gîte fonctionnel avec 2 WC et 3 SDB, pratique lorsqu'on séjourne à 8. Literie très confortable et propre. L'appareil à fondue et à raclette tombent à pic pour déguster le si bon fromage de la région. Excellent accueil des propriétaires qui nous ont renseigné de belles balades. A 5 min en voiture du lac, d'une boulangerie et d'un magasin, TB ! L'espace extérieur pour manger ne donne sur aucune vue (dommage) mais est à l'ombre et couvert, on a même pu y manger en cas de pluie. A conseiller

Comfortable family chalet

Nothing fancy but a comfortable house to stay in. Close enough to ski lifts with a car. Warm, with sufficient water for showers after a days ski. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
