Summer Palace is located at Gulf Shores Plantation approximately 14.5 miles from downtown Gulf Shores. Being built as a duplex, which is 1,300 sq. ft. per side, you have the luxury of renting half or all of this property!
The Main Level offers a Kitchen, with both large and small appliances, as well as cookware, utensils, & a walk-in Pantry. The Living Room offers a 50" Television, with Sleeper Sofa, comfortable chairs, and balcony access. For your convenience there is a Half Bathroom on the main level.
The Upper Level offers Two Bedrooms and Two Full Bathrooms! The Primary Bedroom offers King Bedding, an over sized chair that makes out to a twin bed, a 37" Television, & private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom, or Kids Room, offers Full over Full Bunk Beds, a Twin Bed, & 37" Television. The Kids Room sleeps 5 and offers a Private Bathroom. Each bedroom offers a Private Balcony with Gulf views! The Laundry Closet, offering a Full Size Washer/ Dryer, is also located on the Upper Level for your convenience!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SUMMER PALACE B:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Indoor Pool, 6 Outdoor Swimming Pools, Outdoor Hot Tub, BBQ, Volleyball, Basketball Court, 8 Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard & Putting Green

*PARKING: Summer Palace is located @ Gulf Shores Plantation and offers onsite parking. Your parking permits will be obtained from the Guard upon arrival at no charge. Please let the Guard know you are staying in Summer Palace B, which is Lot/ House 1. Since you are only booked in Side B, be sure to only park on Side B and do not block Side A driveway or under the house parking.

*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
