An excellent location for exploring Vancouver

This was the perfect place for staying with teens. The 3 generous bedrooms are spaced apart allowing everyone to sleep in. The large projector was great for family nights after a day of walking the city. From this location you can walk to coffee shops and bakeries and a large grocery store. Highly recommend!

Visiting family in Edgemont Village area

Great place to stay with our large family, lots of space for the adult kids and the younger ones to spread out. Certainly nice having two bathrooms, laundry and kitchen as well. This is one of our main go to VRBOs when we visit family in North Van. Max and his family have been great hosts! Thank you, MJ

Great house, great location, wonderful host.

Roomy house, walking distance to cute village, with easy access to bus transportation downtown. Quiet safe neighborhood, with great walks and parks nearby. We were a family of 6, and it was perfect.

Perfect Place To Stay

This is a gorgeous suite with so much space and great features. We especially loved the bar and living area - such a cool space to hang out and play games with really nice lighting. The rooms were very spacious and our boys absolutely loved the movie room! The beds were very comfortable and the suite was exceptionally clean, and I am very fussy about cleanliness. Location was awesome and very quiet but convenient to everything. Max was super quick to respond to any questions I had when booking and extremely helpful with all my questions. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is great value and we will definitely be returning in the future!

Comfortable and spacious space

The property was very spacious and was able to accommodate my mother and two teenage family members very comfortably. We were able to cook several meals in the kitchen as it was very well equipped. The property was very clean with several amenities to make our stay very easy. We very much appreciated the ability to have two entertainment setups so the group could watch TV at the same time. Overall, the listing was very accurate and I would recommend staying at the property. We also enjoyed being a 7 minute walk to coffee shops and restaurants as well.

Luxurious Basement Apartment

Easy to get to, easy to get places in North Vancouver and the nearby mountain resorts. We stayed over Christmas with our immediate family. Extra parking across the side street where the entrance is on the side of the house. Max was great communicating and was a gracious host.

Great location on the north shore

Totally met our needs

Very comfortable and spacious apartment and located in a terrific neighborhood that is just steps away from cafes and small boutiques. Loved that there was onsite parking and the host was very accommodating. Perfect for our short get-away weekend. We were in Vancouver to attend the Laver Cup tennis tournament. For the portions where we didn't have tickets, we hoped to watch in the apartment media room. Unfortunately we were not able to get that working, even with the host's assistance (so this is our only disappointment). The other TV did work though.

Perfect!

This was a wonderful place to stay in North Vancouver. It was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed and then some. It was within walking distance of shops and restaurants, in a super cute neighborhood. We walked down to have our coffee and enjoyed some pastries from a nearby bakery. We rented some bikes and did some more exploring nearby. Max was an amazing host - he is so friendly and helpful! We needed a couple of things from him, that were really outside of what a host would or should do, but he did it for us without hesitation and was so nice! I would 100% recommend this house for a vacation rental and if we ever go back, we would book this place again!

Beautiful Home in Great Neighborhood

The host (Matt) was extremely helpful and a great guy. The rental property looks exactly like the photos, which I have found to be an issuewith past Vrbo rentals. We were very impressed and felt like a wonderful home away from home. The location is perfect! Nice local establishments within walking distance. All the beautiful, scenic popular destinations British Columbia has to offer are a short driving distance from rental. Definitely would stay again at this beautiful rental.

Spacious suburban home with a gracious host

The home is well located close to many Vancouver attractions, within walking distance from a mini mall with a grocery store and most important a gracious host. We had an enjoyable family get together for 6 adults and were able to show our guests from out of country, all the major Vancouver attractions. The home is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood of North Vancouver. The house not only has all the amenities described in the Vrbo posting, is clean and more facilities with an attention to detail for a comfortable homestay. We visit Vancouver annually for summer and have stayed at other properties around the city. The standout for this stay was the hospitality of Max and his tastefully designed basement home that he shared with us. The spacious bar area was great for family dinners. The youngsters in the family enjoyed the home theater. We used the kitchen extensively. Most important - I was touched by Max's hospitality and generosity of sharing his home, despite an unexpected personal emergency that happened during our stay. He made sure it did not impact our vacation. Tips - Watch for the parking spots around the home which are not marked on the road but clearly called out in the instructions. The entrance to the Vrbo property is from the side road and not Edgemont blvd.

It’s more than a 5 Star, Fantastic Home Away from Home

Great place, 8 adults and a 3 year toddler. Lots of space and 3 sitting areas, nice bar, comfortable beds, full fridge/freezer, full stove, microwave, instant hot water and cold water machine, all the amenities, walk to all kinds of stores within 5 minute walk, grocery store, LCBO, parks, etc, etc.. very , very reasonable rate!!!

Edgemont was absolutely perfect for our adult family reunion. The suite was private, spacious,, much attention to little details...like tissues on table or coffee filters in cupboard. Max, our host, was very accommodating and provided excellent communication.

Lovely and newly built place to stay

We needed someone to stay as our Reno was not done, location was perfect, it was a lovely, pleasant place to stay, Max was very helpful. Bit dark as a basement suite but the size ( very big) and level of accommodation made up for it
