This is a beautiful one bedroom condo in sunny St Petersburg, just minutes away from downtown and a short drive from the beach. Completely remodeled, this condo has a queen sized bed, leather sectional couch and a small bar height dining table. Granite counter tops , premium wood cabinets, high-end appliances, new tile floors, new air conditioner & covered parking, are some of the highlights of this property. It is located in a safe and friendly area of North East Saint Pete, called Allendale.

A few issues

Condo was clean. Leather chairs at table were old and constantly pieces were falling on floor. Remotes needed to be labeled for AC and TV. We could never use the TV due to connection problems. At the condo laundry we spent $15 for 3 loads of laundry. In bathroom new window shade had not been installed and electric outlet didn’t work. Location was OK but near noisy busy street.
