We provide you with 58 m2 accommodation for 4 people including:

- a dining room with a 140 cm sofa bed and a large picture window allowing you to admire the sunrises and sunsets over the sea.
- a booster chair for children.

- a kitchen with the following elements: 4 gas burners, electric oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils.
-electric barbecue.

- a master suite upstairs with sea view equipped with a 140 bed and cupboards, as well as a bathroom with sea view comprising bath, shower, sink, and separate toilet.

-Household linen and sheets not provided.

- a bathroom on the ground floor with shower and sink.

- a boiler room on the ground floor in which you will find a washing machine, a dryer, and a washing line behind the house.

Pets not allowed. Non-smoking rental.

Damage deposit of 300 euros returnable if the inventory is correct.
Cleaning deposit of 50 euros returnable if the cleaning is done by you.
The tourist tax of 0.65 euros per night per person over the age of 18 is collected by Abritel when booking.
No access for people with reduced mobility.
