Lorcrimar Marbella is 15 minutes walking distance from Puerto Banus harbor. Surrounded by various golf courses and tennis courts. Very beautiful area and family friendly. Wonderful nature and beautiful mountains around. Is much to do as golf, tennis, fishing, hiking, biking or get to Several wonderful beaches located nearby. Shopping Center La Canada is 10min drive, as well as Marbella. Sun all day (south facing). Every evening a beautiful sunset. Close to grocery stores and restaurants and marina or Puerto Banus. Family friendly. Self parking

Bra bostad med fantastisk altan.

Bra och rymlig bostad med alla faciliteter. Fantastik altan med sol hela dagen som sträcker sig till solnedgång med utsikt över bergstoppar. Rent och fräscht. Rekommenderas.

härliga, mysiga och varma marbella resan upplevdes som en drömresa då vi bodde mer eller mindre mitt i smeten. underbar boende med två stora sovrum och badrum, terrassen är enorm med en fantastisk utsikt som har nog den bästa eftermiddags solen som vi har varit med om. poolen precis nedanför, det kunde inte ha blivit bättre än så.

Great Apartment

We have just returned from Ernad's apartment after a fantastic stay. The pictures do not do it justice! The terrace is amazing and gets the sun all afternoon into the evening with amazing sunsets. The apartment would be plenty big enough for four with a decent sized lounge and dining area that we never used as the weather was so good we spent all our time on the terrace. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy some nice home cooked meals. The complex, pool and surrounding gardens are very well maintained and were very quiet during our stay. There are no loungers at the pool but there are 3 chairs you can take down to use. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the beach using the foot bridge and about 15 minutes into the Puerto Banus. If you want to go a bit further the bus stop on the main road about 2minute walk will get you into Marbella for just over a Euro! All in all a great apartment and owner thanks again Ernad for letting us stay in your home from home!

Superb Flat

We just came back from our holiday in Puerto Banus, and we had a lovely experience. The flat was great, very cosy, very well equipped, we felt as if we were at home. Sue, the person who received us, was lovely, very helpful and friendly. I even got a text message from the owner of the flat wishing us a good holiday and giving us some tips about the area, I thought that was very nice. The whole area in Costa del sol is lovely. There is so much to do!! I highly recommend a trip to Gibraltar and Ronda. And the car hire was so cheap we couldn't believe!! And made such a difference!! Food at supermarket was mega cheap too. And great quality!! The lorcrimar IV complex is very well maintained, very clean and very quiet. The only down point is you can't have any inflatable toys or balls in the pool, which was a bit hard to explain to a 5 and 7 years old. And maybe some sun loungers would be a great addition (there are a few chairs in the flat you can bring to the pool though). Over all we had a fantastic holiday and we highly recommend this place. Toppläge. Toppväder.

15 fantastiska och soliga dagar i en mycket välplanerad lägenhet. Ett fantastiskt läge där utsikten från den 60 kv stora terassen bjöd på Malagabergen på höger sida och Medelhavet på den vänstra sidan. Eller varför inte bara njuta av solnedgången från nämnda terass med ett glas vin och några tapas. Alla typer av restauranger - från lokal tapas till gourmet kan nås till fots. (Cyklar finns och bil kan hyras i närområdet). Vill man själv fixa middagen hemma finns förstås ett välutrustat kök. Utforska gärna La Campana, San Pedro eller Nueva Andaluzia på jakt efter bra restauranger. Strandpromenaden är jättefin men man äter både bättre och billigare lokalt. Ulla Frithiof

Underbart!!!

Det var exakt som det såg ut på bilderna! Fina sovrum och vardagsrum. Badrummen och köket helt fräscht och nytt. Mycket rent. Hyresvärden var så hjälpsam och lätt att kommunicera med. Fantastisk terrass, där kan man spendera hela dagen med att sola, grilla, m.m. Kommer att rekommendera denna lägenhet till vänner och nära! Mvh Emelie

Fantastisk lägenhet i Puerto Banus

Vill man bo i exklusiva Puerto Banus är denna lägenhet perfekt. Lägenheten har två sovrum, två badrum (badkar), ett mycket fräscht kök, vardagsrum med matplats och dessutom en otrolig balkong med matplats, loungemöbler och solsängar samt en grill för härliga bbq-kvällar. Lägenheten är utrustad med exakt allt man behöver. Mikrovågsugn, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, strykjärn, strykbräda, hårtork. Det tar ca 10 minuter att promenera till stranden och den fantastiska strandpromenaden. Taxi till hamnen kostar ca 8 euro, men det går också bra att gå om man så önskar. Fastighetsägaren var helt underbar att ha att göra med, ringde och kollade så allt var bra och att allt fungerade. Lägenheten var fint städad och iordningställd till vår ankomst. Otroligt skönt att kunna lämna den ostädad också, det är nog mycket att tänka på vid avresa. Jag kommer i framtiden alltid att rekommendera vänner och familj som skall åka till Spanien att hyra denna lägenhet. När vi åker tillbaka så är det ett givet val av vem vi hyr, och vart vi åker :)

Dissapointing

The apartment itself was okay. But over all it was dissapointing. There was a lot of noise of the highway nearby. The main issue was that there was nothing to do. The pubs and restaurants were too far away. If you stay at the the southside of the highway, what we did 3 years ago, you can easily reach them. But not from this point. We expected some closeby pubs (at 100m it was in the description. But everything was closed. Even the pool was closed. There were chemicals in it, so it was said on the sign. We wrote an e-mail to the owner. Because we presumed that the use of the pools was in the rate. We asked for compensation but the Swedish owner just let me know she had to discuss that with the president of the complex. After weeks I didn't get an answer neither a refund. Very dissapointing. Also Puerto Banus we only could reach by car. The apartment was spacious. And clean. But the beds were too soft. So our backs hurt after each night. The walls are very thin. We even could hear our neighbour coughing and farting! We've travelled a lot and hired better apartments in this area for less.

En fantastisk lägenhet bra placerad, med en terrass som man bara kan älska. Fin utsikt nära till det mesta - SanPedro, Puerto Banus, La Campana etc. Lägenheten var smakfullt inredd, fantastiskt sovrum, kök och vardagsrum.

Hade en fantastiskt bra vistelse i denna bostad och Puerto Banús. Solnedgången från balkongen är helt otrolig! Lägenheten har alla faciliteter som man behöver samt gångavstånd till centrum och strand.
