Modern house fully equipped 500 m from the beach in a very quiet area. Friendly lounge, two charming rooms with quality bedding memory (room 1: a bed 160cmx200cm, room 2: 2 beds 80cmx200cm). A bathroom and a garage. The garden at the back of the house is enclosed, perfect for your pets, it gives direct access to the dunes and the beach which is five minutes walk.

Super séjour

Séjour très agréable. Un logement, au calme, impeccable et parfaitement équipé correspondant en tout point à l'annonce. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions pour le chien et l'accueil sympathique de la propriétaire.

Un excellent séjour dans une très belle maison

Nous étions logés dans l’une des maisons de Martine : La Pervenche. Belle et grande maison très propre, totalement rénovée et extrêmement bien équipée (bonne literie, cuisine très équipée, tous équipements électroménagers et autres). L’accueil est irréprochable et Martine très sympathique et attentionnée. La localisation par rapport à la mer est parfaite. Un peu loin en revanche des commerces. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons les hébergements de Martine.

Ideales Feriendomizil

Begeisterung schon bei der Ankunft, für den Hund stand Wasser parat, welches dieser sofort annahm (haben wir so in 25Jahren Normandie noch nie erlebt). Check in und - out kurz und unkompliziert. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Vieles, was wir mitgebracht haben, haben wir nicht gebraucht, da bereits vorhanden. Sehr stille Wohngegend, Ruhe und Erholung pur. Strand, kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurant fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Von uns unbedingte Empfehlung, wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

And relax!!

The property is very well equipped and had everything that we needed. The beds are comfortable and the enclosed garden was perfect for our dogs. The location is fanastic for relaxing, taking walks and spending time by the sea. We were blessed with beautiful weather during our week and were in the perfect place to make the most of it. Everything about the place is well thought out and the communication and welcome from Martine was superb. It's the perfect escape forom th hustle and bustle of London life. We can't wait to go back!!

Que de bons souvenirs de ce séjour

Nous avons adoré la maison et l'accueil de Martine. Maison fonctionnelle, bien équipée, propre, dans un environnement calme et reposant à proximité de supers balades et de belle plage. Malgré le temps tempêteux, mais normal pour le mois de février, un séjour ressourçant, et une hôte agréable et à l'écoute de nos besoins, sans compter la petite attention pour notre chien ( un gris coussin et une gamelle pour l'accueillir) on garde votre adresse pour un futur séjour. Merci

LOCATION SUPER ET BIEN EXPOSER

Location plus que très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien et de plus elle est très fonctionnelle et très agréable. Super literie. Il y a même un coussin et une gamelle pour nos amis à quatre pattes, les chiens. Le jardin est clos et très bien entretenu. La propriétaire est très agréable, disponible, à l'écoute et au petit soin pour ses hôtes. Proche de la mer, cette location est idéale, nous avons passé un très bon week-end du 11 novembre dans la manche. Nous recommandons cette location.

Séjour dépaysant au calme et dynamique

La maison est très bien située, une vue magnifique sur les dunes et quartier très calme. La maison est pratique, bien équipée, la literie est de très bonne qualité. La propriétaire très agréable. Nous avons fait de superbes promenades, départ à l'arrière de la maison, vers les dunes ou vers la mer. Nous avons découvert plusieurs restaurants, Pom cannelle à la haye du puit, La Badine à créances plat du jour à midi pour 12euros, ou le soir à la carte (galettes normandes), le restaurant de la mer à Pirou (plus chic) et le Cap à Barneville Carteret pour ceux qui aiment les produits de la mer. Merveilleux séjour, hautement dépaysant !!

Maison de vacances dans un endroit calme

Bonjour Martine, nous voulions juste vous dire merci. Rien ne manquait. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances ici. La maison, les chambres et le jardin correspondaient à nos idées. L'emplacement était idéal pour nous. Le supermarché et la boulangerie n'étaient pas loin non plus. Bien et encore et encore ! Les voisins étaient très calmes et très sympathiques. Beaucoup de salutations de la famille en Allemagne

Séjour tout confort et idéalement situé.

Jolie maison dans un lotissement calme et très bien entretenu. Idéalement située avec de belles balades à faire dans les dunes directement accessibles au fond du jardin et à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage. Martine est une hôte très sympathique à l'accueil parfait. On s'est vraiment senti les bienvenus. Maison impeccable, très propre et parfaitement équipée. Il y a même un sèche linge, très appréciable avec un enfant de moins de 2 ans. Beaux volumes dans le salon et les chambres. La literie est super confortable, ce qui n'est pas si courant dans une location. Parfait pour un séjour au calme en famille. Ca donne envie de revenir !

Perfect!

Perfect little house with everything you could possibly need. Extremely clean and well presented. Short walk to the beach in a peaceful location. Lovely open views to the rear. We will definitely return.
