Like to fish or access the river trail? It is right out your back yard thru private access. Over 400 ft. of exclusive access and 1.5 miles of river trail along the Roaring Fork River to walk bike or jog. Access to all other biking or hiking trails connects to public trail below house. If you can't bring all of your gear or need some expertise, there are several companies downstream that can provide equipment and even guides for biking, skiing, rafting, and fishing.

Jenny and Tim have lived in the Colorado Rocky Mountains small town of Glenwood Springs for over 30 years. They have come to love this property that sits a stone throw away from the Roaring Fork River. They have always enjoyed being host and are excited to offer this recently remodeled cottage home with its tasteful design and finishes. This 1.5 acre retreat has easy access to downtown by bike or hike via public trail adjacent to the property. We want guest to enjoy the quiet neighborhood and casual living with easy access to fishing, skiing, hiking or both Mountain/Road biking. We look forward to your stay. Enjoy!

River access and large lot for family and friends. Will allow small events with notice. Very private setting and quiet neighborhood (only 11 homes on dead end street) plus 5 minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs!
What makes this property unique
This property and location is the quintessential retreat for relaxation and fun. Enjoy the spacious yard and fire pit plus easy access to river fun or skiing. On site we have ladder ball and badminton to play in the front yard. Or hang out on the deck with a good book.
