Appartement idéalement situé dans Bruxelles

Bel appartement avec beaucoup d'espace et de luminosité. Toutefois quelques nuisances sonores vu son emplacement sur grande avenue. Très agréable séjour. A refaire.

We just returned from our European trip which started with a weekend with friends at this apartment In Brussels at Saint Gilles. It was a horrible start to our two-week trip. While it is a centrally located, clean, VERY sparsely furnished apartment – it was across the street from a club whose patrons screamed literally all night until 7AM the next day. And taxis honked their horns all night long. Also concerning about this particular unit is the fact that it is used as a staging center for the building’s cleaning supplies and towels. Which means you NEVER have privacy as cleaning people are letting themselves in and out all morning. This was NOT disclosed at the time of our booking. When we complained, they said they would give us a discount on our next booking – useless and unacceptable. Forewarned is forearmed…. we wish we knew the facts before we booked this unit. Caveat Emptor….DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT!!!

The place was clean and spacious. There weren't enough towels and bed linen. This problem was solved with a single call. The flat we were staying was on the 3rd floor without any elevators and this was not mentioned in the listing.

Moderne Wohnung in zentraler lage

Die Wohnung war optisch sehr modern eingerichtet, aber sehr hellhörig. Super waren die zwei Bäder und ein separates WC. Das Geschirr in der Küche war genau auf sechs Personen ausgerichtet und dadurch recht sparsam. Leider fehlte ein Geschirrhandtuch und ein Besen. Die Wohnung ist aber trotzdem für Kurztrips sehr gut geeignet.

Family Goes to Europe

We had an excellent stay at this apartment. It was clean, very bright with lots of windows, and it had a bathtub which was amazing for the kids. The only downside was the amount of stairs which was hard with a small child especially after a long day of exploring. The location was great-lots of restaurants nearby (just be sure to make reservations).

Emplacement et aménagement corrects mais mauvaise insonorisation parquet

Le site est est bien aménagé et bien situé dans Bruxelles. En revanche si la proximité du tram n'est pas trop bruyante, celle du voisin du dessus qui commence à s'activer à 2h du matin l'est beaucoup plus. L'insonorisation du parquet n'est pas spécialement bon ne.

Gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber. Für einen Kurztrip nach Brüssel definitiv zu empfehlen. Der fehlende 5. Stern: Leider steht kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Schallisolierung könnte besser sein.

Neues und modernes Appartment in guter Lage

Das Appartement war perfekt geeignet für 6 Personen. Die Ausstattung war sehr modern und schon eingerichtet, zudem war alles vorhanden (Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc.). Das einzige Manko ist die recht laute Lage an einer Einkaufsstraße, auf der Tag & Nacht eine Straßenbahn fährt, welche recht laut ist. Allerdings kommt man von der Straße sehr gut in die Stadt, sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit der Bahn. Wir würden wiederkommen!
