Spacious cottage completely renovated, located in the heart of the Massif du Beaufortain Queige (800m above sea level), in the hamlet of Molliessoulaz. Between tradition and modernity, this chalet with a warm atmosphere can accommodate 6 people. At the same time close to the conveniences, the stations and the ways of excursion, and far from the noise nuisances, it is an ideal framework for the families or friends seeking tranquility. Its breathtaking view of Mont Blanc will seduce lovers of nature!

Housing
This chalet offers 98 m² on 2 floors. On the ground floor, the kitchen opens onto a dining room and a large living room with a wood stove. The terrace offers an exceptional view of the Beaufort Valley and Mont Blanc. On the floor, 3 rooms with balconies (all with a nice view on the valley), a room of water and TOILET; 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Sheets are provided and beds made on arrival. This chalet is equipped with all the necessary comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, TV, WIFI, board games, baby equipment ... Floor heating on the ground floor and wood stove with wood available. Convectors in bedrooms, towel dryer in the bathroom upstairs. Outside, it has a green space, a wooden table for picnic and a large parking.
Access by a private road, cleared in winter.

* Hauteluce: 15 km, 25 min, departure "Le Chozal", joins the resort Les Saisies and Espace Diamant.
The alpine ski area of Les Saisies has grown considerably in recent years and now offers 70 km of slopes from the resort to the pass but also from Hauteluce and Bisanne 1500. Thanks to the new link to Notre Dame de Bellecombe, built entirely on the commune of Hauteluce and realized as part of Espace Diamant, the tracks have also diversified and enriched with breathtaking new panoramas.
The ski resort of Les Saisies is a village resort on a human scale, family and friendly.
The estate is ideal for children and beginners. The new tracks are, when they are, much more sporting.
The Domaine des Saisies has been known worldwide since the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville for hosting all Nordic skiing events (cross-country skiing + biathlon).

View over the Mont-Blanc

The Chalet was excellent equipped for our 4 persons family. Although many commercial activities show the area as a winter sport area, the surroundings are excellent for a summer holiday as well. Walking in nature, nice villages and cities to visit, with a lot of activities. And of course a breathtaking view on the white snowed Mont-Blanc, inviting you to come over. The excellent English speaking host Lionel ensured a relaxed start of the holiday.

Spacious and modern chalet with a stunning Mont Blanc view

Cosy traditional chalet, clean, warm and spacious. Close to interesting towns, a dammed lake and different ski resorts. Lots of hiking possible and stunning views in every direction. Lionel is very kind and welcoming.

An Absolute Gem

We were met by the owner Lionel who spoke good English and showed us around the chalet which is a joy and fitted out to the highest order and spotless.It is also very spacious. The location is truly beautiful high up from the valley floor and facing directly towards Beaufort with the Mont Blanc massif as a backdrop.Simply stunning.All this is visible from the sun terrace where we had nearly all our meals.All bedrooms also have balconies.There is also a garden area where you can sit in the shade under a tree. The Wi-Fi and cell phone reception were also very good. The location is also a good base for visiting many attractions both cultural and physical within 80 kilometres. An InterMarche store is only a 15 minute drive away. In all beyond praise and would love to return.

Magnifique séjour

Le gite est parfaitement aménagé, son emplacement en retrait des stations de ski est un atout supplémentaire pour passer des vacances au calme dans un paysage de montagne merveilleux. La vue sur le mont Blanc est grandiose et tout est fait pour en profiter avec la terrasse bien exposée. L’accueil est des plus chaleureux, et le gite est spacieux, rénové avec goût et caractère. nous conseillons ce gîte pour réussir ses vacances et prendre un bon bol d'air des alpages du Beaufortain. Encore merci , nous reviendrons.

Tout est fait pour assurer un confort optimal dans ce chalet et les paysages sont somptueux, que demander de plus ? Merci à Isabelle et Lionel qui pensent à tout et multiplient les petites attentions pour que ce soit douillet et confortable. Les équipements sont neufs, modernes, en excellent état, comme le chalet lui-même. Une grande attention est portée aux petits détails : flambée toute prête dans le poële à bois, belles serviettes de toilettes moelleuses, parfait confort de chauffage, équipements de cuisine neufs impeccables et nombreux ustensiles, lits faits à l'arrivée, raquettes et luges à disposition, etc... Si on y ajoute une nature somptueuse avec beaucoup de possibilités de balades en raquettes accessibles à toute la famille de 6 à 65 ans et du ski pour ceux qui veulent, de la neige et du soleil, c'était parfait. Il n'y avait pas de neige sur le site du chalet quand nous y avons séjourné, mais il suffisait de monter un peu jusqu'aux Saisies, station familiale à environ 3/4 d'heure de route pour la trouver. Toutes nos recommandations pour cette location : calme, beauté de la nature, confort, rien ne manque et l'ensemble offre des conditions de vacances en montagne qui nous ont paru idéales. Bonne continuation à Lionel et Isabelle.

Perfect holiday home

We have been at the holiday home in July 2018. The house is perfect. The Location is very nice and has fantastic views. The equipment in the house is excellent. Everything is 100% clean and well organized. The family that owns the house is very helpful. The contact with the family before arrival, during the check in and check out was very nice and 100% professional. I need to mention the last evening we spent with the owner family. They brought red wine, cheese and salami from region. We had a very nice conversation. We are from Germany. The communication with the family in English was very good. I can without any doubt recommend the house and would not hesitate to rent it again. The description and the pictures correspond 100% with the reality. I give it 5stars! Thanks Isabelle! Hope to see you guys again :-)

EXCEPTIONNEL

Quel bonheur ce chalet ! Chaleureux, bien aménagé, avec une situation privilégiée, @chaletlebourgeois est synonyme de vacances réussies. Isabelle et Lionel sont des hôtes conviviaux, souriants et tout de suite, le feeling passe. Dès notre arrivée, on se sent chez soi. Deux points à souligner : la propreté IMPECCABLE de la location (bravo !) et l'accès à internet via wifi et les réseaux 4G. On est loin de tout sans l'être vraiment... A quelques minutes, vous trouvez toutes les commodités (Supermarché ouvert tous les jours à prix abordables et commerçants). Enfin, que dire de la vue, de la situation du chalet ? Prendre un café en contemplant le Mont-Blanc ou la vallée beaufortaine, c'est le dépaysement garanti. Franchement, @chaletlebourgeois allez-y les yeux fermés ! (enfin, ouvrez les pour regarder les paysages). Zéro défaut, aucune fausse note.

Merveilleux Séjour au Chalet

L'accueil était trés chaleureux avec des explications détaillées de l'équipement qui est d'ailleurs trés complet. Le chalet est spacieux et bien placé, dans un environnement trés agréable et au calme tout en étant proche des commodités. Propreté et literie impeccables! Je recommande!

panorama exceptionnel

Le chalet est à coté de la forêt avec une vue imprenable sur le Mont Blanc, au bord des chemins de randonnés. la pièce à vivre est agréable, très lumineuse avec une cheminée d'agrément , la cuisine bien équipée, les chambres à coucher avec les sanitaires très propres et fonctionnels.on peut profiter d'une agréable terrasse. Bref un séjour qui restera un très bon souvenir . Je conseille fortement

weekend pour un retour au calme et à la nature!!

J'ai passé un très agréable weekend entre amies, au calme, très beau chalet, parfaitement équipé, décoré avec goût.La propreté des lieux est impeccable. Vue imprenable depuis un balcon.L'accueil des propriétaires est convivial, n’hésitez pas à leur demander conseils pour découvrir le coin, je le recommande sans hésitations .
