Modern kitchen with bar seating, pantry and a breakfast room. Less than 1 mile to the Polo Field Grounds, for festivals like Coachella & Stagecoach. Gorgeous clubhouse within walking distance with restaurant. (Pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and gym require membership for additional fee of $165/ month) No smoking or vsling anywhere on property.
