Very nice apartment type studio cabin with balcony facing south Lioran, at the foot of the slopes, beautiful views of the mountains and the forest, ideally located in the heart of the Cantal massif, the largest volcanic massif in Europe.
For 4 people: living room with balcony, a sofa BZ 2 places, kitchen, shower room with towel rail, toilet, alcove with 2 bunk beds, local ski.
Facing the ski slopes of Puy de Masseboeuf and the toboggan run for children and secure Font d'Alagnon; BIKE PARK's summer, downhill ATV stadium. At 100m, you will find shops, restaurants, ski hire, ski pass and ski lift, free shuttle buses that go around the resort
The center of the resort is at 800 m, you will find many restaurants, shops, and other departures of tracks and lifts.

Situation idéale! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce cadre magnifique, balcon très agréable pour se poser avec une superbe vue! Appartement propre , fonctionnel, parfait pour une famille ! Bon accueil, je recommande !!

Points positifs : - Environnement superbe bien situé sur la la station du Lioran - Bon accès Points négatifs : - Propreté globale de l'appartement mediocre - Literie mauvaise et hors d'usage - Infiltration d'eau dans l'appartement - Rambarde du balcon est endommagé donc dangereuse L'appartement est médiocre et on sent un laisser allée dans l'entretien.

appartement insalubre

l'emplacement de l'appt et bien situé face au montagne, mais les photos sur le site montre pas le même état que sur place. Tout est a refaire. Salle de bain totalement délabrée. Cuisine très sale et lit cassé et moisi. Franchement je ne conseille pas du tout.

Appartement très bien situé

Location à petit prix pour 3 jours (agréable de ne pas être obligé de louer la semaine entière hors période scolaire) pour un studio à l'aménagement confort pour 2 adultes pas trop corpulents (voire un enfant en plus), bien situé et propre, malgré le volet roulant et la TV hors service dû au gel (la propriétaire Sophie très agréable n'y est pour rien).

Appartement bien exposé, au calme, bien agencé et joliment décoré. Résidence qui ne paie pas de mine à l'extérieur mais pourtant bien insorisée. Proche du centre de Font d'Alagnon. Parking à proximité immédiate. Propre, vaisselle pratique et en nombre largement suffisant, et très bien rangée dans les placards aérés. Les couvertures et rideaux étaient propres également. Literie ok. Propriétaire très sympa et arrangeante. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Séjour agréableavec vue imprenable dans une région magnifique

Pièce principale propre et agréable, la salle de douche et l'entrée mériteraient un rafraichissement, l'entrée dans la douche est étroite, le balcon est confortable pour 2 personnes mais impossible d'y manger à 4. Une bouilloire et un grille pain seraient les bienvenus. Aucune insonorisation dans la résidence. Hormis le télésiège et un bar, rien d'ouvert à proximité, il faut prendre son véhicule pour aller aux commerces et aux restaurants de la station un peu plus haut. Départs pour randonnées sur place.

Le rapport qualité prix est tout à fait correcte. Nous étions 2 dans une période hors vacances cela nous a donc bien convenu.. A quatre ça doit être un peu compliqué mais ça n'était pas notre préoccupation.

De Superbes Moments !!!!

Biens arrivés au Lioran, de la neige en abondance, un soleil réconfortant et une bien jolie station ! l'accueil à l'appartement par Laëtitia a été très chaleureux, remise des clés et présentation des lieux excellentes ! rien à redire, et même si l'appartement se trouve un petit peu éloigné de la station, il permet une vue très agréable, une proximité pour les balades et pour ce sympathique restaurant "chez Lucy" ainsi que pour la supérette multi-services ! Donc, mis à part une isolation phonique d'époque (donc très limitée !) et un accès à l'intérieur de la douche limité lui aussi mais à des tailles "mannequin" ,cet appartement nous a tout à fait convenu ! Nous reviendrons certainement !
