The house consists of three apartments each with private entrance, completely equipped kitchen and bathroom. One apartment has 2 bedrooms 80 m 2, sleeps 4 plus sofa bed for 2 persons in living room, second apartment has 45 m 2 and one sofa bed for 2 in living room and the third one is studio apartment for 2 persons 29 m 2. House is in the Robinson-style with simple equipment, electricity and hot water supply with solar energy (220 V),stove and refrigerator with propane gas.
IMPORTANT !!!Korcula with its mild climate, position of the house in the deep bay and seawater pool allows you to enjoy all the beauty of relaxation, pure nature and incredible smells and colors even in April, May, September and October. In those months for the longer stay you will have good discount.
