The hosts were tremendously gracious and kind when my family and I expected a last minute illness. They were so great to work with to find a solution for our situation and we are so grateful for their helpfulness and understanding.
We enjoyed our stay with friends. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked except for running out of gas in the grill. The owner did accommodate and brought an extra tank. Some challenge with the self entry lock. Be aware that WiFi is not free.
The home was as expected. Comfortable and well stocked in the kitchen. It was five minutes from my best friend’s home!! Couldn’t have been better. Easy check in. The condo was a little hard to find in the dark and a short distance from the parking stall but nothing we couldn’t handle. My daughter and I were in town for a wedding and this home was perfect for our needs.
The condo complex is located in a convenient area near the freeway(s). It was very quiet and comfortable with well maintained grounds.
Our condo was nice. It was near the pool area, which we enjoyed. Condo was nicely furnished with everything we needed and a well stocked kitchen. The master bedroom was really roomy, even with a king size bed.
The hosts were easy to deal with and responsive.
Instructions were clear so we didn’t have a lot of questions.
The bathrooms could use some updates and the dining too chairs have see better days.
I would rent here again.
it was pretty clean...needs some updates. I think there should be a "welcome" book to show all of the info on the tv, wifi and any other rules instead of notes all over. I unfortunately got my dates wrong and needed to stay an extra day and the manager i called was not empathetic at all! I offered to leave but she said she could not get the cleaning person back, but i did pay for the extra night right away and did get the towels washed. Tried to help any way i could since it was my oversight. It was a bit noisy with the neighbors but i guess you need to expect that when you stay in an apartment.
This was a great property. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Friendly neighbors. Lots of area for walking the dog and a great dog park across the strert
My wife and I rented the condo for three weeks primarily because it was within a mile of our grandchildren and it had a pool. The condo itself is in a very convenient location with access to the highways going around the Chandler business district. The condo was clean and well appointed with everything that you would need. The owners had a gift basket waiting for us with snacks and a bottle of wine. There was a problem with the refrigerator and the owners did their best to accommodate the situation and fix the problem. The condo itself is billed as quiet which it really is not. Being close to the exit of the business loop meant that there was a lot of traffic on the main road going past the property. Traffic noise started at 5:30 AM M-F. Also, the residents above have two very active small children that you can hear running around from 9 in the morning to 10 at night. It wasn’t too annoying at first, but after a few days it became an issue for us. The grounds of the condos are clean and well maintained. The pool was not, which was a shame because it was a very beautiful pool. It didn’t appear that there was any maintenance of the pool the entire time that we were there. We were talking to one of owners there and she stated that they used to have someone come in 3 times a week but the pool looked worse than she has ever seen it since she has lived there. I spent time trying to skim the bottom of the pool of the some of larger debri when our grandchildren were swimming.. We enjoyed our stay there which allowed us to spend quality time with our family and we would probably stay there again in the future.
This was the perfect home base. It was clean, and had comfortable furnishings, and everything we needed. Loved having the pool so close, and enjoyed the patio. We would definitely stay again!
Stayed for a month. Check in was easy. Owners were very quick to respond. Condo is on the edge of town close to the casino. Had everything we needed with very good quality kitchen essentials and supplies. Condo does not get much light in the living space but furniture is comfortable. Comfortable king bed in the master. Outdoor space is shady. Was great in the warm afternoons. TV is antenna and Roku. We would have preferred cable but that is just us old school folks. A quiet, perfectly comfortable rental.
This place was everything as described. The owners emailed me to check if everything was going well.

Roaches in kitchen, dog urine on leg of kitchen table, coffee stains on kitchen counter, feces spray on master bathroom wall from toilet being plunged , I assume. Guest bedroom sheets were not changed, also had urine stains and pillows smelled horrible. Black mold on ceiling in master bathroom. I spent the first three days cleaning this unit. I can go on, but this list I would think would clarify my distain!

Beware Roaches
A little difficult finding the condo but once found check in was easy. No real tv programming but ok got through it, 2nd night there I got up at 2am for water OMG there were roaches running around the kitchen counter. Ugh next day contacted Roger informing him he had roaches he told me he had roach spray in the closet to go ahead and use it in the kitchen. Continued to see them through our stay. I have to say I was not real pleased with the cleanliness of condo. Would not recommend this condo for a stay.
This is what I thought was great about this rental:
1. Access to the 202, 1/4 mile away
2. Quiet neighborhood, pet friendly
3. Fullsize laundry machine/dryer
4. Excellent outdoor BBQ
5. Large beds
6. Unit stays very cool, a/c works great
The complex itself was very neat and quiet and had lots of green space for walking my dog throughout the day. The condo was neat and well appointed, and very convenient to the places I needed to go.
Condo was a great location for walking and staying physically distant during Covid. GREAT paved walking path for daily walks. Easy to get around. Easy access to Papago Park and many trails. We loved walking the Kyrene Canal Path near Ken McDonald Golf Course off of Rural Rd.
Owner was very responsive to messages if we had a problem or question.

The stay at this property was so peaceful and serene. It’s also really convenient to Chandler Mall and major freeways. It was an easy check in experience and the home is so comfortable and spacious.
My family and I came out to visit family for thanksgiving and we stayed here. It was a great spot. Right off the freeway and close to all malls and grocery stores. Easy to access entry we had a private code so I didn’t feel rushed coming into town late and same for checkout. Super cute and quiet little complex. My kids made friends with the kids in the complex it was pet friendly. The apartment had all the things we needed for cooking and having family over for dinner. I will definitely keep this place on my favorite to rent again from.
