This house is a single family home with private parking. The interior boasts a fully furnished kitchen, spacious family room, laundry room, 2 bedrooms, a king bed and a queen bed, and 2 full baths. The home also includes flat screen TV’s in all rooms, upgraded electronics, free WiFi access, and a golf cart.

The exterior of the home features a covered porch and access to an outdoor shed. gas grill for outdoor use.

This home is smoke free and pets will be considered. Guest must 25 years of age to reserve. Contact us for specific rates by day, week, or for long term winter rentals.

Play putt-putt golf or just ride the golf cart and explore the campground. Enjoy all the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer. Outlet malls are located nearby as well as many golf courses and lots of restaurants—great seafood!!
We take pride in our homes at Ocean Lakes by keeping them well maintained and clean for your enjoyment. You are responsible for bringing your sheets and towels (linens). Linens can be provided for an additional fee-- booked and paid for in advance. The house is checked before and after each rental to ensure the house is clean and ready for next renter.
One golf cart is provided complimentary. You must be 21 or older, have a with valid driver’s license, and be staying at this property to drive the golf cart. This is a family campground and therefore only families are considered. No smoking inside the house. Please smoke outside- You have an outside porch to relax and smoke. The porch and out door furniture offers the perfect place to relax in the sun, amazing space to watch the sun rise and set with a nice drink on those warm Myrtle Beach mornings and cooler evenings. A gas grill is provided for outdoor cooking. Please do not place it on the porch or close to the vinyl siding. It is very important when communicating that you reference this house as site 1455 Mermaid.

This house is located in the award winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground. If you are not familiar with Ocean Lakes Family Campground - please visit their website as this is a family campground and they have many rules for safety. Go to the section - Policies and Rules.
Ocean Lakes Family Campground has several beautiful pools, including our new water park amenities at Sandy Harbor. A large sun deck that includes reclining chairs for sunbathing and several kiddie pools and Sandy Harbor Splash Zone. The pool deck is surrounded by landscaping and is part of the Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center with restrooms and changing areas. Enjoy a meal or snack at Sandy Harbor Cafe adjacent to the pools and Sandy Harbor Mini-Golf. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. Ocean Lakes takes great care with its pools, which are serviced daily. The “All-Seasons” indoor pool is open year ’round and is heated in the winter time. Water aerobics have become very popular throughout the year with guests of all ages.

When you're here, the beach is your playground with over 60 miles of sand, sun and sparkling Atlantic Ocean. And while a trip to our beach is a must when visiting the Myrtle Beach area, the fun extends beyond our shores to over thousands of area activities and attractions.
