Modern 1-room apartment with private parking and garden 450m from the beach in FOURAS
Accommodation is organized as follows:
- A private parking space is dedicated to the T1, the owners' garage is available for bikes and other luggage.
- Access to the accommodation via the secure gate is via the terrace in the private enclosed garden planted with a palm tree. Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol available.
- The living room / bedroom with a 3 seater sofa convertible into a bed with a quality mattress equivalent to a traditional bed, cupboard with wardrobe, coffee tables, LCD TV.
- The kitchenette adjoining the fully equipped living room: dining table, hob, oven, fridge, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker.
- The bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, towel radiator and suspended toilet.
The bath mat as well as the dish towel are included in the rental, if you want the provision of sheets (mattress 140x190), pillowcases, towels and bath sheets, an additional 10 euros will be requested for the duration of the stay.
