Quiet neighborhood, close to airport, shopping and restaurants nearby, clean home, comfortable beds, overall very enjoyable. As a suggestion instead of stating the "key code will be provided in the morning of your arrival", maybe word it "the key code will be provided by 4pm on your day of arrival".

Fantastic House
This is a beautiful house in a cute neighborhood with parks/playgrounds and really close to Tempe Diablo Stadium and stores and easy to get to the airport, downtown, etc. Perfect for Spring Training or a Phoenix getaway for any reason.

Family Trip
This house was a great fit for our family of 7 adults. Very clean with nice size bedrooms & comfortable beds. Was nice being able to do some laundry too after a day of hiking and 4-wheeling. Greg was great to communicate with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We would stay here again!!

Outstanding location and home for GREAT trip
Golf/Spring (until baseball was canceled) training trip. Great location with easy access to airport. Greg was great with a water heater problem, and was an outstanding communicator! House was amazing, in safe quiet neighborhood. Would stay again!

Perfect temporary residence
We opted to utilize this property as an overflow house from another rental and it worked perfectly as such. Checkin and checkout processes were a breeze, Greg was great to work with.

Perfect weekend home
Overall everything was PERFECT. It was better than we anticipated. We needed just something convenient for a group of 8 ppl and hotels and other Airbnb were super pricey due to the holiday! Then I found this house and the price was cheaper than a hotel! We fell in love with the neighborhood. The house was super clean and everything was provided including shampoo and conditioner! Greg was also so easy to communicate with. We now have a place to stay next time we’re in Phoenix!
