La maison est fonctionnelle mais elle manque d'entretien (poussière sur les meubles, congélateur rouillé entreposé dans la buanderie...) La maison mériterait une petite rénovation.

L’ensemble de la maison restent quand même très vieillissant

Pas d'états des lieux que ce soit à l’arrivée ou à la sortie de la location, le propriétaire pas présent à notre arrivée, pas de livret d’accueil pour expliquer le fonctionnement de la maison pour l’électricité, le chauffage,... Sur le site Abritel, le propriétaire montre aux futurs locataires que les plus belles photos, pas de portes de douches dans certaines salles d’eau, faïence cassée dans d’autre, beaucoup d’humidité dans certaines chambres. A notre arrivée pas de Wifi, nous l’avons contacté et c'était à nous de contacter l'opérateur pour régler le problème. Mais quand même le côté appréciable les fournitures de draps et serviettes pour tout le monde.
