Gorgeous gulf views

The property was as described and right on the beach. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise. The property was clean and comfortable. And, the host was very responsive to messages. Would definitely stay here again. I also wanted to mention that the host did prepare a welcome binder that had local restaurants and other helpful information that was very appreciated.

Great Stay

My wife and I had a great time; it was awesome waking up to the ocean view. Great place to walk each morning as well as short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and met all our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, poor communication

I loved the location and the view; we were short on basic supplies like toilet paper and dish soap. Check in process didn’t quite work as described; you are supposed to be able to change the pin for the door lock, however, it did not work as described. additionally, the host was noncommunicative when I reached out to see if we could have an earlier check-in. They never responded and we ended up having to kill time in town with all of our luggage.

Clean and close to the beach!

We love Navarre and love going just to the beach when we first arrived we weren’t sure because the place is rather small. It’s a snug fit for two couples or a couple of kids, but by the end of the week we couldn’t have been happier the place is clean and very comfortable, Steps to the beach there’s an elevator for convenience. People were so friendly. I would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was a bit cramped, the counter tops are prefect toddler head height (just ask my 3 year old) aside from that, it was clean, and comfortable, just as expected.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the views from the patio. The close beach access made beach days especially easy and we enjoyed great weather. Overall was a great stay.

Great little place

We enjoyed our stay. It was quite cold so we spent much of our time inside relaxing. The owner has great communication and is prompt to reply. The view was gorgeous as well... Our family would definitely stay again!

Our new favorite beach!

This is our new favorite beach and not crowded. The condo is really nice and was very clean. All our interactions with the host was great. Thought we had lost a watch at the beach to receive a call that they had found it and mailed it to us. There are still honest people out there. I plan on going back again

Love!!!!

I loved this cute condo, it was close to the beach and not far from all the restaurants. I would stay here again. We had tons of questions since we flew in during the hurricane and the property managers was always fast to answer any questions we had.

Will be back, again!

Our condo was very well maintained, and clean upon arrival. The building does show signs of wear, but that is expected being on the salt water coast. Overall, we love Sundunes because there are only around 9 floors of 4 units each; the beach is not busy in front of the condo. Communication with the host was awesome. Leading up to our stay, we texted a couple of times, and we got responses almost instantly. Overall, I highly recommend, and we will be back in the future.

Beautiful views!

We enjoyed our 10 day stay! Balcony time was our favorite! Large roomy couch for us all to be comfortable while watching tv. King size bed super comfortable. Kitchen needs updated and some repairs done, bathroom had a slow drip/leak in the ceiling above the toilet, and mold growing on the air vents throughout the entire unit. Reported all the above to owners and they said the unit is getting remodeled soon. Overall we had a great time. Would definitely go back after remodeling is done.

Good location and amenities. The photo showed a bunk bed, which we were expecting, but no bunk bed there. Bathroom sink water flow was horrible. Couldn’t even brush teeth there. Other than that, it was good

Spring Getaway

This stay was one of the best my family has had in Navarre! Honestly, I was skeptical when I saw the building. However, the inside of the room was wonderful! We loved the view of the beach, there was plenty of space, and the furnishings were generous. The beds were so comfortable, and the couch was amazing! The sink in the master bathroom did drain extremely slowly, and the second bathroom sink became clogged when the push button stopper refused to release. We were able to fix it. There was a piece of mirror on the floor during arrival that looked like it just fell off, but we couldn’t tell where it came from. There was construction taking place in the condo above our unit, but they seemed to have 8-5 working hours; so, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall we are very pleased with our stay, and would return again!

Great location

First I want to say, we could have chosen an updated and more expensive option at the Sand Dunes but didn’t. So, if you’re looking real high end, this is not your place. Pros: Easy booking and check in. Nice price. Great location. Good beach. Nice balcony. Good amenities. King bed and good pillows. Decent wifi. Cons: Poor water pressure in shower, king bed probably needs to be updated. Musty smell in some rooms. Things to note: no beach towels or beach chairs. Not within walking distance from coffee shop/restaurant. Finally, based on the price, this location fit the bill for us. A two bedroom with a view of the gulf and not crowded with spring breakers.
