Only a few minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Cala Mendia and Cala Anguila ,our beautiful villa bring you everything you are looking for a wonderful holiday .Located in a small quiet and secure complex,the villa spread over 2 levels will seduce you.
- living room, dining room and kitchen on the upper floor.
-3 bedrooms with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool on the lower floor.

The bright living room with designer furniture and tastefully decorated offers a large living area with Tv ( satellite channels and WiFi)and fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet complete this floor.
The balcony,where you can take your meals ,will offer you a clear view of the nature and it is with happiness that you will admire the sunset.
The bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
2 bedrooms with king size beds including a master suite and a third bedroom with a single bed ( possibility of 2 beds.)
A second bathroom and a laundry room are also located on this lower floor.( a baby cot can be installed on request).

The garden bordered by a hedge of trees and bougainvillea invites you to relax.Afternoon swimming and barbecue evenings in a bucolic setting.
The villa is equipped with a reversible air conditioning .

Ein Haus zum Rundum-wohlfühlen ❤️
Die Villa ist sehr großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet- es hat wirklich an gar nichts gefehlt. Der Aussenbereich mit einem ausreichend großen Pool ist sehr gemütlich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht, schicken ausführliche Anreise- und Gerätebeschreibungen, so dass alles bestens geklappt hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wonderful peaceful villa with gorgeous views.
We had a wonderful 12 night stay at this beautiful villa. Everything you need for a stay with the family. The children enjoyed the garden and beach toys ananof course the floats in rhe lovely pool. There is a spar supermarket down the street but it is very expensive. But there is a little shop next door to the spar that is cheaper but you will need to get a big shop from sa coma supermarket. The owner was very helpful and the check in was so easy. Having our morning coffee in rhe balcony looking at the hills was a real treat. Overall a beautiful property in a quiet area with a very helpful host..

Es war super schön! Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und man hat in der Nähe alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Paule war super. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und auch jedesmal wieder Paules Haus mieten.

TODO PERFECTO
La casa es moderna y confortable. En todo momento la anfitriona estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. La piscina tiene dos zonas de profundidad, una de 150 cms y la otra de algo más de 2 metros. Para mi tiene el tamaño perfecto. El interior es moderno y con todas las comodidades necesarias. La zona está muy bien, a escasos 5 minutos andando de la playa. Si que veo necesario coche para poder moverse a otras zonas, pero si no se tiene hay parada de taxis al lado. También hay autobús. En cuanto a la zona, es muy tranquila donde no se escucha ningún ruido por la noche. Sin duda para matrimonios con o sin hijos es una zona perfecta para disfrutar.

A wonderful find for a family summer break!
Everything about this Villa lived up to the expectations we had for a family break. The accommodations was to a high standard and very clean with great facilities & mod-cons. The location was perfect, a short walk to beaches, shops and restaurants and easy access to locations further afield with a car. Paule was amazing to correspond with and no questions or request was too much effort. Thank you!!! We highly recommend this villa if you are travelling with children, it makes for an exceptional family retreat.

Amazing villa
Just back from a wonderful holiday with the family at Paule's villa In Cala Mendia. The villa exceeded all expectations and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. It was clean, cool and spacious and the kids loved the pool. The location to the 3 beaches was perfect and you could walk to all of them easily and only a ten min bus ride into porto cristo too with all the restaurants and another beach. Adam and Wendy were supberb and made the checking in process super easy. Thank you! Hopefully we'll be back next year

Lovely stay!
Clean and nice house with everything you need. Walking distance to the beach and small supermarket. Nice view from the balcony (sunset view). The pool is clean and refreshing. Very quick response from Paule, the owner, when we mailed some questions. We recommend this place and would love to come back some other time.

Das Haus von Paule ist sehr modern und liebevoll gestaltet. Es gibt alles was man braucht um einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub geniessen zu können. Die Kommunikation ist toll und Rückfragen wurden schnellstens beantwortet. Der Check-in und out verlief problemlos. Die Umgebung ist perfekt mit schönen Buchten, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und man konnte den schönen Pool und die Terrasse sehr genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und den Personen vor Ort hat super funktioniert- danke 😉. Die Villa ist genauso wie beschrieben - es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir würden uns wieder für diese Villa entscheiden.

Ein sehr schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter vor Ort und dem Vermieter selbst über Email war freundlich und problemlos. Der Strand war fußläufig gut zu erreichen und das kleine Örtchen nicht touristisch überlaufen.

Einfach nur schön 👍🏼
Es war alles so wie beschrieben - es fehlte an nichts. Selbst Kleinigkeiten wie Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschinentaps, Wäschetaps Kerzen, Teelichter und und und alles vorhanden. Die Betten super bequem, die Klimaanlage top und geräuschlos. Parkplatz direkt vorm Eingang. Strand fußläufig zu erreichen. Und Paule hat jede Frage im Vorfeld korrekt und schnell beantwortet. Wir haben die 10 Tage sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Danke Paule auch hier nochmal. Wir können dieses Haus jedem nur empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus nahe am Meer
Das Haus ist wirklich toll, der Balkon und Pool sprechen für sich, dass Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man ist schnell zu Fuß am Meer und das ein- und auschecken mit Herr Turner lief problemlos und war sehr angenehm.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir wollten aufgrund Corona nicht in ein Hotel und haben uns für das schöne Haus entschieden und nicht bereut. Vom Flughafen ist es ca. 45 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, zwei Strände sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß und Cala Romantica ist mit zwanzig Minuten Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt, der Pool sauber und abends kann man am Pool in der Lounge Ecke herrlich ein Glas Wein genießen. Ich kann das Haus sehr empfehlen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und Herr Adam vor Ort ebenso. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen.❤️

Séjour exceptionnel
Nous venons de passer un merveilleux séjour, la maison est magnifique et très bien équipée. C'est un vrai havre de paix avec une vue dégagée sur la nature. Adam, le gardien, est toujours disponible et arrangeant. La localisation est idéale, l'accès aux plages se fait en moins de 10 minutes à pied. Déjà nostalgique je viens de réserver deux semaines pour cet été !
