About this property

Our villa offers you all the comfort and rest you seek in this residential area of Las Coloradas, at the foot of the Los Ajaches volcano and near the magnificent beaches of Papagayo.
You will find a 9m by 4m swimming pool with its outdoor shower, two terraces and everything you need to enjoy your holidays (6 deckchairs, a large table and 6 chairs under the pergola, a round table and 4 armchairs by the pool , an apartment bike). The villa consists of two parts:
- a main building with a bedroom with a large 150 cm bed, 2 armchairs and storage cupboard; a bathroom with double sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board, wc; an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, plancha and necessary for cooking and taking meals), a dining area, a lounge with satellite TV, wi-fi as well as a pergola fitted out for your outdoor dining.
- an independent studio composed of a shower room, wc and 160 cm bed, cupboard and 2 armchairs.
Local shops at the Las Coloradas shopping center (restaurants, supermarket, bicycle rentals, cheese maker, souvenir shops, pharmacy and a relaxation area with spa with jet pool, hammam, sauna). The beautiful beaches of Papagayo are easily accessible on foot, by bike or by car.

Frustration

Villa is in a good location but was not kept to the high standard we have experienced at other villas in the same area. Lack of communication resulted in a 50min. delay entering the property. We were given the key combination for one key safe which gave us access to the outside area.but we were not told that there was a second key safe near the barbeque. After eventually been given this vital information, the bunch of keys were not labelled, but we finally got into the proprty. Wi fi password was not readily available. Our stay was for 14 days. No cleaning was provided after the first week . Despite the owner informing us her local agent would contact us this did not happen unless we contacted him first. We were not given his name or contact details until after our arrival. Very frustrating.

Holidays at Papagayo

We had very beautiful holidays. The villa is nice and good located, near by the Papagyo beach. Only the sea view was not very well because to many roofs were in the way. The pool is great and it makes fun to use it. :-) The villa is designed practical but some small technical equipment could be better. For example the toaster is very old and the functionality is not very well anymore. But such things are trifles. All together, it was a good accomodation for a great holiday in Lanzarote. :-)

2nd time here - would love to come back

We just came back after again two fantastic weeks in that villa. For us, it has everything we need. Enough space for two, and for 4 people as well. Quiet surroundings, a big pool (it was cleaned after one week), privacy, a very well equipped kitchen, BBQ (gas) and a shopping center with bars and restaurants within an 8 minutes walk. Mona, the caretaker, answered via Whatsapp to any questions we had almost directly - one of the five stars rating has your name on it :) Happy to come back here the next time we visit Lanzarote.

Gute Lage und , freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter

Das Haus und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind gut. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die ruhige Lage sowie die vielen, schönen und vor allem windgeschützten Sitzplätze im Außenbereich. Es gibt auch bequeme Sonnenliegen. Der Pool hatte auch im November noch eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Lage zu den Papagayo Stränden ist sehr gut und man kann sie problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Mehrere Restaurants, Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle erreicht man in nur knapp 10 Minuten über einen schönen Fußweg. Der Bus verbindet alle Ortsteile von Playa Blanca. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons loué la villa 2 semaines au mois d'août et nous n'avons pas été déçus car la villa était encore mieux que sur les photos ! nous avons passé de vraies vacances reposantes. La villa est dans un quartier calme, ce qui est très appréciable et la piscine est top. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Semplice e bella.

La villa è in un complesso di case vacanza molto silenzioso e tranquillo. La casa è ben tenuta e la distribuzione interna rende piacevole il soggiorno per due coppie di amici o una famiglia con figli piccoli o adolescenti. La piscina è un piacevolissimo rifugio dalle spiagge assolate ma incantevoli dei dintorni. Siamo stati ottimamente anche perché a due passi è possibile acquistare qualunque cosa di cui si abbia bisogno. Per visitare la costa e i ristorantini di pesce dei dintorni è comunque consigliabile un’auto possibilmente 4x4 (se volete andare alla baia di Papagayo). Playa Blanca è una località molto turistica e ad agosto troverete un po’ di folla ma in questa casa tornerete alla vostra oasi di pace, bellezza e vi godrete la vostra vacanza organizzando cene al fresco del patio. Didier, il proprietario è un ospite perfetto, raccomandiamo sicuramente questa casa vacanze anche per la cortesia del proprietario e della signora Beatrice che la gestisce in loco.

Très belle villa tout confort.

Didier et Claire nous louent leur villa, celle où ils habitent, et ça se ressent dans une multitude de détails allant d'une déco très raffinée, d'une vaisselle très fournie jusqu'à des jeux de société. La villa est très belle avec plusieurs coins terrasse meublés accompagnés d'une piscine à 30 degrés... Emplacement idéal pour le sud de l'île juste à côté des plages de papagayo et du parc de Timanfaya. Il vaut mieux disposer d'une voiture (là encore Didier est de très bon conseil). Merci pour tout !

Lovely villa in a great location.

We love the Las coloradas area in Playa Blanca with its mountain and sea views, a great little complex nearby but in a quiet area. Villa is spacious with everything you could need for a home from home. Easy to find sun or shade at anytime of day with the well laid out exterior and fantastic pool. Wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Haus

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage in Playa Blanca. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Toller Pool der nicht von den Nachbarn einsehbar ist. Im Haupthaus ein Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten, sowie Badezimmer (sehr gut ausgestattet), Küche (alles vorhanden) und Wohnzimmer (Fernseher mit SAT, DVD Player, Radio). Nebenhaus mit Schlafzimmer und separatem Badezimmer (Von hier raus aus dem Bett und direkt in den Pool :-) ) Mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten im Aussenbereich (Man kann immer irgendwo im Schatten sitzen wenn man es will). Toller Gasgrill vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt um Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel zu unternehmen. In näherer Umgebung alles vorhanden was man zum Geniessen benötigt ( Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Mietwagen erforderlich. Sehr netter Kontakt während des Aufenthaltes zum Vermieter über email. Ansprechpartner bei Problemen vor Ort. Ganz toller Urlaub und gerne sofort wieder.

Alles Super, immer wieder gerne!

Wir haben jeden Tag in diesem wunderschönen Haus genossen. Es war genau nach unserem Geschmack: ruhige Lage direkt neben dem Papagayonaturpark (fernab vom Touristenrummel) und trotzdem zentral zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Im Haus fehlte nichts, sehr hübsch möbliert und gut ausgestattet. Auch der Kontakt zu Didier klappte gut. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, schon um die Korkensammlung zu vervollständigen.

Een zeer comfortabel huis met een heerlijke tuin met zwembad.

Het huis ligt in een rustige buurt in de nabijheid van de zee. De tuin met eigen zwembad biedt veel privacy en het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Haus mit separatem Studio verbracht. Die räumliche Trennung des Studios vom Haupthaus war für den Urlaub mit erwachsenen Sohn optimal. Vielen Fan auch für den sehr freundlichen Kontakt!
