L 'apartment is located in a building typical of Bologna, which overlooks both on Via San Felice and small internal courtyards which guarantee peace and tranquility.

a double: double bed with particular headboard made from old restored blinds, closet, small sitting area with two armchairs and coffee table, private bathroom, air conditioning, safe, WiFi and LCD TV.
a triple: double canopy bed, single bed surrounded by curtains, wardrobe, chair and footrest, private bathrooms, air conditioning, safe, WiFi and LCD TV.
The apartment also features a lovely living room with small terrace and third bathroom (with washing machine), or on-demand can be turned into an additional bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with kitchenware, a dishwasher and a small pantry (oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, spices, tea, coffee) is available to guests in case anyone wants to prepare lunch or dinner to enjoy sitting quietly at the table or in the small terrace.

Beautiful Bologna.
A great stay. Perfect base for exploring - walk to everything. The apartment was modern, clean, well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the showers great - couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank youLaura.

Highly Recommended: Central position, Clean, attractive, airconditioned and well equipped.
The apartment contributed to the enjoyment of our stay. Each of the two bedrooms is a comfortable size with good bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a washing machine in the third bathroom off the 'third bedroom/living room' . A small balcony space fits the clothes airer. Things we would have liked improved was the lack of a real living area with comfortable chairs and a coffee table. There is only a sofa bed as the lounge with no coffee tables so we could not really relax there. We sat in the kitchen around the table - the kitchen chairs are therefore important and they could be improved. The air conditioning was generous and effective - such a haven in a hot Bologna summer where we stayed for a month. Laura and Stefania were very responsive to any request, very pleasant and they kept the apartment immaculate for us with a weekly clean.

Modern apartment in the centre of town
We are are family with two kids aged 14 and 12 and stayed for 3 nights. This apartment was beautifully renovated and spacious with the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Laura was a wonderful host as she even provided some breakfast pastries and a cake for us. The rooms were always warm to return to after the cold weather outside. The location was great for walking to our tours, restaurants, shops and it was a flat 15min walk to the train station even with our luggage. The apartment was warm and comfortable and were were able to get our clothes washed and then dried them on airers and on the heated towel rails. The only issue was some noise coming from the bar downstairs but this was only noticeable one night and stopped at midnight so not any significant drawback for us. I would definitely stay again if returning to Bologna.

Perfect in everyway!
This was our first trip to Bologna and we really enjoyed it. The apartment was so well placed for the centre and had everything we needed for our stay. Laura was brilliant with her communication. Everything was spotless and there was plenty of room. I use VRBO regularly and this will rate as one of the best experiences I have had.

Beautiful Bologna
I thought the property was as described. It was clean and quiet with the shutters closed. The sitting room is quite small and we had to move a bedroom chair into the room so that 4 people could sit comfortably. I am not a fan of self check in and it would have been nice to have met Laura, just to have a connection. the only thing that was lacking was a Nespresso coffee maker. There was only an old fashioned small percolator style coffee maker. the other thing to be aware of is that the apartment is in a no drive zone with cameras. you can drive right up to the apartment but expect to get a ticket in the mail. otherwise it's about a 10 minute walk with luggage. Overall i would recommend staying here.

Perfect Bologna Apartment
This apartment was perfect for out brief visit to Bologna. The layout was great for two couples and the cleanliness was superb. Within walking distance to historic sites, shopping, and great restaurants.

Great location and amenities!
The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Location was excellent … very close to major sites. Host left thoughtful amenities (paper products, guide books, restaurant recommendations) which enhanced our stay. The only negative was that the AC did not fully cool the apartment and without screens, we couldn’t leave the windows open.

Perfect stay in Bologna
We stopped in Bologna for a few nights. Our apartment choice was a revelation. Clean & spacious and perfectly located. Comfortable beds and great styling. Close to the centre and markets and amazing food. The manager was very responsive with great restaurant suggestions and there were guidebooks and sweet treats ready for when we arrived. As a family of 5 we couldn’t have found a better place. Thanks so much.

Location, location, location!
The apartment is located on San Felice and within short walks to Piazza Maggiori and Mercato Delle Erbe. Numerous other tourist sites within 15 min walks. Taxi stand is a short 4 min walk. The apartment is clean, modern and well maintained. Our host made sure we were comfortable and provided excellent communications. Our stay was for 3 weeks with our stay hosting 4 family members than a different 3. With 3 bathrooms and sleeping for 6, we never felt crowded. The kitchen allowed us to prepare meals for six people and to serve it on a dining table. Kitchen space is more than adequate. We really enjoyed our stay. 1 downside: it is 1 level up and no elevator: stairs.

Beautiful and Gracious Apartment!
I cannot believe I have waited so long to write this review because we stayed in Bologna last December! Our stay was absolutely outstanding. We are not a family who is comfortable leaving details to chance and since our son was studying in Bologna for the semester we were going over for a long vacation over the Christmas holidays and we wanted to make sure everything was buttoned up before we traveled to Italy. From the moment I first reached out to Laura, she was incredibly responsive. Our communication was thorough and she made sure all of our questions were answered. We confirmed our reservation and I knew there would be no glitches. Upon our arrival, we were shown the details of the apartment and were given her contact information should any questions/concerns arrive during our time in Bologna. Laura had gone shopping and provided some basics for us along with some very special Bolognese treats! It was lovely and certainly made us feel as if we were more than just paying customers. The apartment was immaculate, the linens were all a very crisp white and we had plenty to keep us warm. The kitchen was fully appointed. We enjoyed coffee in the morning, some wine/Aperol Spritz in the early evenings , and we also cooked a Christmas dinner. We had absolutely everything we needed. The bathrooms were up to date and again, immaculate. A lovely hot shower felt wonderful after some cold days and evenings of exploring Bologna and the region. We loved Bologna as a city but knowing that we would come back to a warm and lovely apartment after a full day made our stay that much better. We created wonderful memories in Bologna and the beautiful apartment added so much to our time there.

Casa di Zoe is een pareltje in Bologna
We verbleven eind juli in Casa di Zoe. Het was ook voor Italiaanse begrippen erg warm dus was de airco in de slaapkamers top. Het is trouwens een topappartement vwb inrichting, comfort en hygiëne. Alles is smaakvol ingericht. Goede bedden, goede keukenapparatuur en grote mooie badkamers. Van het terrasje hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt vanwege de hoge buitentemperatuur en het is op een soort binnenplaatsje waar ook de airco’s hangen die nog eens warmte afgeven. Het zal bij minder hoge temperaturen daar vast fijn zijn om te zitten maar het was er nu te warm.

Great location and quality
The location was excellent. Close to city centre with astounding amount of food and beverage options. Having 3 sleeping areas was helpful as the noise from the street was difficult on 2 of the 3 nights. Light sleepers should use the pull out couch in the back. Really enjoyed all that Bologna had to offer.

Perfect for a Week in Bologna
This was the perfect place from which to explore central Bologna and also Modena, Parma, etc. (because of access to the train station). The apartment was spacious, clean, air-conditioned and well-maintained, with easy access to groceries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and having a washer was great. Close to taxi stand and bus stops. Laura was a great host. Only serving bowls and a few more sharp knives could have improved this great place.

This apartment was just wonderful. It’s in a great location! Everything is within walking distance and close to a great trendy indoor food market. Great coffee shop near by as well as gelato. Laura was lovely. Lots of room, very clean, perfect. All smart TVs. Nice terrace.

Easy check in and fabulous property
Centrally located, easily walking distance to everything. Bathrooms are very modern and recently updated with high end finishings. Furnishings and decorations are themed beautifully all through the apt. Really appreciated the washer and drying rack. Apt. was supplied with all supplies needed for our few days stay. Only drawback (which was clearly explained in description, so we were aware) was parking. We found a paid parking lot only a couple of blocks away but didn't move the car for 3 days cause we were afraid to lose the spot! LOL Overall, I would stay here again. They had pastries and juice left for us upon arrival. sweet gesture!
