This fully renovated apartment (76 squared meters) has a living and dining room, allowing you to admire unbeatable views of the sea and the pool from the couch. You will feel the sea in your home without even stepping outside!
This apartment is located in the best residential resort of Costa Teguise. The garden inside this exclusive resort revolves around a paradisiac pool (open all year), whose blue colour contrasts with the spotless white roads surrounded by cactus and bougainvillea. The complex gives off a peaceful and calm atmosphere necessary for a relaxed stay.
This apartment is located just 20 metres from the “Las Cucharas” beach which you can access without having to cross any road. The “Las Cucharas” beach with its golden sand is ideal for relaxation or for partaking in water sports (diving, surfing, windsurfing, SUP, etc.).
“Las Cucharas” beach offers a wide range of services (supermarket, pharmacy, health care centre, water sports schools, bus stop, taxis, car rental, restaurants, local street markets, clothing stores, etc.).
No car is required.

Schöne Apartment Anlage und Wohnung

Die Wohnung und der Außenbereich mit Pool sind sehr schön, sauber und gut gepflegt. Uns hat sehr gut die Strandnähe und der nahe liegende Parkplatz gefallen. Sehr viele und gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Großen Dank an Teresa und die Haushalterin Paola, sehr netter Empfang, bei Problemen wurde schnell geholfen. In der Wohnung liegt ein Buch mit vielen guten Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und was man sonst so braucht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, leider muss man sehr lang im Voraus Reservieren, was natürlich für die Top Wohnung und Anlage spricht.

This property is perfect for a relaxing holiday, it is beautifully located near the beach, also with a fantastic pool on site. The owner is so very helpful and the welcoming host Paula was just great. We had a marvellous vacation 😀

What a gem of an apartment The Shell House is. Location perfect with fine restaurants and bars on your doorstep but very quiet and peaceful. From the moment we were met by a delightful girl called Paola to the time we checked out every thing was perfect. The apartment had everything needed to enjoy our stay with nice touches in the decor. Communication with Teresa prior to our break was prompt and helpful. Having been going to Costa Tequise for the past 7 years, The Shell House will now be our place to go in the future, which will hopefully be later in the year.

Lovely Apartment

This was our first visit to Costa Teguise and we were very lucky to find such a lovely apartment. It was very much as described with a lovely view over the pool area and out to sea - and very quiet. Teresa was an excellent host - very professional and caring. We were all well served by Paolo, who met us on arrival and departure. One we would come back to.

A bit of confusion when we arrived telephone number not very clear. Lovely and clean great views Paula was great all info we needed about apartment and resort. Loved the balcony and sun awning. Weather at night was a bit chilly so a few more English channels on TV would be great I know you do not go on holiday to watch TV but option in early season would be good. Dennis

Excellent in every way

My wife and I stayed at The Shell House apartment 18-25th March 2019, this was our 4th visit to Costa Teguise and this was by far the best accommodation we have had. We really couldn't fault anything about the apartment or the holiday. The whole complex is very clean and stylish. The first floor apartment is just as described, very well equipped, maintained and in a superb location. The very helpful Paola met us as we arrived and came back to collect the keys as we left. Within 2 minutes of the front door there are restaurants, cafes, a supermarket and a few shops. If you have a hire car as we did (not essential though) there are 2 large car parks right outside. We spent most days relaxing by the fantastic Manrique styled pool, the pool and the cactus filled gardens are cleaned daily, there are 4 semi-circular sheltered bays housing sunbeds and parasols which were not always fully occupied while we were there. We were amazed at how quiet it was by the pool, although so close to the lively bars and restaurants we didn't hear a sound by day or night. We ate out every night visiting restaurants nearby and in the main village square - 10 mins walk at most, calling in at the local cocktail bar 'Number 1" on the way back for a nightcap. We would love to return here in the future, we had a great holiday. Steve and Sally

Schönes Apartment in zentraler, ruhiger Lage

Der Ort Costa Teguise ist ein reiner Touristenort. Das Apartment war sauber in einer ruhigen, nicht zu großen Anlage. Sehr zentral gelegen, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand. Schlüsselübergabe und Betreuung durch Paola waren sehr gut.

Lovely apartment in great location

My husband and I have just returned from a week at the Shell House. The property is in a great location, as it says, by the sea with fabulous views from the lounge and balcony. The apartment has every comfort and the owner has obviously put a lot of effort into making this place a bit special. Thanks to Paola who was on hand to deal with check in and check out and anything in between if we needed anything. Teresa, the owner, responded to any queries we had prior to our trip, promptly making the whole process easy.

Die Wohnung ist wie eine Oase. Mitten im wenn gewünschten Trubel und doch total ruhig. Einkaufen kein Problem. Essen kein Problem. Rundherum möglich. Spazieren gehen , shopping, baden. Etc. Supertolle Betreuung durch Theresa und Paolo. Danke dafür.

Fabulous apartment, ideally located

We were met on arrival by Paula, who gave us a tour of the apartment and told us if there was anything we needed, to contact her any time. She was a lovely girl. The apartment was clean, well equipped and perfectly situated just a few metres from the beach and only 5 mins walk to the centre of the town. The dvd player was a bonus as there are very few English channels on the tv. I would definitely recommend this apartment and the added bonus was unbroken sunshine for 3 weeks!! Fabulous! Will be back again.

Great holiday

We've stayed at lots of private apartments in Lanzarote over the last 10 years, but this one is easily the best we've stayed at, great location, very clean & the owner is great to deal with, I would definately recommend to family & friends, a special mention to Paola who looks after the apartment for the owner, she lives close by and is really friendly and will help you with any problems or questions that you may have, looking forward to our next trip to shell house. Great apartment in excellent location.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Shell House from 12th to 19th September. It's very comfortable and is equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The location is really good with a lovely sea view. Paola was very helpful and responded immediately to any queries. We have been to Costa Teguise several times and this is definitely the best accommodation we have stayed in. We hope to stay here again next year.

Many thanks. Thrilled with the way you looked after us.

We were on a trip to a volcano when my husband slipped and fell down the side as he wasn’t wearing proper footwear. I didn’t know what to do at all; and to make things worse, I do not speak Spanish. Paola and Teresa dropped everything and came running to find us. They took us to the hospital. Afterwards, both spent all the afternoon with us, talking to the physicians and translating what they said. Finally, they drove us home via the chemist’s. As Isaac couldn’t move about, we spent the rest of the holidays in the apartment and the area around the swimming pool. We were really comfortable in the house as the apartment is very cosy, with wonderful views. We also had a great time in the complex trying out the hammocks, lounging under the parasols, gazing at the palm trees… They called us every day to ask how we were. Never before have we enjoyed such warmth and compassion on the part of hosts. Generous beyond compare. Many thanks
