This was our third time staying at this property, our first time in this unit. We enjoyed it immensely! The ocean views are spectacular and the unit is well-appointed and comfortable. The location on S Shore is simply the best!
Beautiful 12th floor view from this 1 bedroom apartment. About a 15 walk from Waikiki, with good snorkeling in front of the building itself. The apartment was clean, comfort and quiet, although the bedroom A/C unit was a little noisy. We'd stay here again.
We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The location was perfect for us with lovely ocean views & easy travel to everything we wanted to do in Waikiki. The added parking option was a bonus! The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils & appliances we needed for meal prep. It was easy to contact the management team & they had prompt response time. We would definitely book here again!
Had a great time. We had all the amenities of home that we needed. The location was perfect for us. It’s a quieter area but walkable to the main Waikiki area. We’re Elks Lodge members and had just a one minute walk to access the 616 beautiful lodge. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your place.
Wonderful oceanside building, this unit straddles the 12th floor, with views of Diamond Head, Kapiolani Park, and the ocean. A nice view at every time of day.
We enjoyed walking to the beach, and beyond to the shops. And the AC - so pleasant to come back from a sunny Waikiki beach to a cool apartment.
Within walking distance of beach and park, and only one mile from Waikiki. The unit is quiet and has lovely views as promised. The master bed was comfortable, but all the bed linens were quite old with stains and tears. There were no extra pillow slips to use with the sofa bed. The carpeting is quite old and stained. The owners were responsive and helpful. .
This condo was perfect for our vacation. It had almost everything we needed. The only thing missing would be beach chairs. But plenty of cookwear and dishes. The views were breathtaking and the breeze on the 12th floor...just amazing.
Property was not maintained. Very dirty mold in bathroom carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. Walls need to be painted! Dirty damaged loud air conditioner, windows were so dirty we couldn’t enjoy the view! Very poorly stocked, broken dishes and mismatched bowls… most chipped!
Public bathrooms in most parks are cleaner!

This was our first time staying at this property. It was very clean, had all the things you needed. Everyone on the property was nice and fiendly. The views were amazing! We opened up the front door and had ocean view from each side of the building. About 15 min walk to down town Waikiki. Four adults fit perfect. I’ll stay again and would recommend to anyone .
Amazing sweeping ocean and Mountain View. air conditioning in both rooms . Ocean lawn seating area well groomed with many seating or lounging options. Would book this room again. Very convenient location. Nice to be outside of Waikiki and near Kapiolani Park openness.

Great location and view
Location can’t be beat and there’s a great view. However, lost half a star for poor check in service- instructions for obtaining key were wrong, as was the code for the room we were given, and no instructions on how to get into garage. Took several calls to be able to even get in. Half a star off for the AC that was the loudest air conditioner I have ever encountered. Half a star off for the lack of any type of working curtains for privacy/ sleep. The plastic panels did nothing to darken the room and were falling apart. Half a star off because all three of these things are so easily fixable but haven’t been.
Otherwise apartment was fine- kitchen had some mismatched plates and a few old pans. Enough to make breakfast and prepare some food for a toddler but you’re not going to be really cooking meals here (not that you need to- so much great take out near by). Overall it was OK but could easily be great with a little extra effort from the management company,
