Original architectural design with a large volume.
My accommodation is perfect for families.
A very modern bright villa situated at the foot of the village of Mougins and close to all shops.
The architecture is original, both classic Provencal and very contemporary, made of a classical building Provençal year 60 and a trapezoidal extension of a single volume of 90 M2.
The main villa is composed of a large living space of 100sqm, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces of 60 M2, swimming pool 12x4 M, jacuzzi, garden and 2 parkings for up to 6 cars. On the 1st floor you will find a fully equipped appartment with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, livingroom, kitchen and a large terrace.

Other remarks: Villa facing south. No sea view. Not suitable for travelers looking for absolute calm.
Possibility to reserve the villa for photo shoots or film shoots (price on request).
Possibilities of booking the villa for MIPIM and Festival de Cannes.

Superb Villa with lovely pool

Fantastic and spacious, high standard villa with everything you can wish for - lovely decorated to the last detail. Just perfect! Short (approximately 15 minutes) walk uphill to the old town of Mougins with various restaurants, small shops and galleries - so no need to take out the car. Close to the motorway to Nice, Monaco, Cannes etc. A big thanks to the owner Robert, who was very kind, attentive, helpful and available whenever needed. Can definitely recommend this location.

A home away from home

We had the most wonderful welcome from our hosts, who had just purchased the house and had done a great job renovating it. They were super accommodating and could not have been nicer. The home was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. The location is great. A good point from which you can get to St Tropez or Cap Ferrat. The pool was beautiful and everything was well maintained. We felt very at home, very safe and would highly recommend this property. Mougins is a short drive away. Lots of lovely restaurants and galleries. Realistically not walkable from the house.. There’s a lovely public tennis club 5 mins walk away. We played almost every day. There are 3 good golf courses close by as well. If we’d only had more time….

Un séjour dans une villa de rêve…

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette somptueuse villa, tout était parfait, de la piscine à l’intérieur et jusqu’au jaccuzzi , nous ne voulions plus partir !! Merci à Robert qui a été un hôte très agréable 😉

Luxurious holiday villa. Beautifully designed

We stayed at the villa for a week together with our 3 sons (7,13,15). The villa is beautiful, spacious, very light, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The pool is stunning! Robert was always available if you needed him. The location is perfect although close to the highway. Close to Cannes, Nice etc. We certainly recommend this villa! Thank you so much Robert!

We had a great time in this great house in Mougins

The house is roomy, the living room is nicely decorated and has an open kitchen. The bedrooms are largely enough, there are two excellent bath rooms and all areas have airconditioning..There is a large outdoor swimming pool and enough place outside to relax. The owner of the house is very supporting and gives all service possible. The location of the house is also excellent to visit other nice places. We really enjoyed staying here for our holidays!

Villa exceptionnelle et propriétaire accueillant

Super séjour, tout était parfait de l'accueil en passant par la villa, la propreté, le calme, soleil sur la piscine de 7h à 18h, le confort, le jacuzzi, boissons fraîches à notre arrivée, tout est conforme à la description, propriétaire disponible pour la moindre demande et toujours avec le sourire, c'est certain nous reviendrons...
