We welcome you to our charming and newly renovated townhouse located on beautiful 30A. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful Seaside community only 2 miles away.
We are Nashvillians living our dream of owning a vacation home on 30A. We think you will love all the unique furnishings and the artwork created throughout our townhome. We are passionate artists who put our heart and soul into everything we touch, and hope you will enjoy your stay.
Our 1250 sq ft 2 bedroom townhouse has 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps 6 with 2 parking spots right outside the front door. Kitchen and living room with a 1/2 bath on the first floor. 2 bedrooms on the second floor with 2 full baths and balconies off both bedrooms. Our community has 2 pools, tennis courts, and borders Port Washington State Forest with miles of walking trails/biking trails. Wireless wifi and cable TV are provided in each room. Pack less and use our washer and dryer located on the first floor patio. Cassine Gardens is truly a hidden gem on 30-A. Built approximately in 1996, it's not the new contemporary high rise condos of today; however, the charm of the landscape that nestles these townhomes is what sold us!! The old scrub oaks, palms, and many species of ferns create a canopy of foliage to provide a relaxing setting after a hot sunny day on the beach. Great neighborhood for an afternoon stroll or enjoy setting out on the screened patio admiring the beauty that surrounds this community. The location of our townhome is surrounded by many food options all in walking distance. Goat Feathers Seafood Market just across 30A will steam your shrimp perfect for a beach lunch, but don't forget the homemade cocktail sauce!! The Doughnut Hut has the best doughnuts on 30A made fresh daily. Go early they will sell out! Brozinni's Pizza has amazing pizza. Cafe 30A is a popular place with an amazing menu. This location is perfect for all that 30-A has to offer and is steps away from the most beautiful beaches. We hope you enjoy your stay!

My daughters and I stayed here over Spring Break and had a wonderful time. The listing is exactly as it appears in pictures and the location is great- a very short walk to the beach! The closest beach access was unfortunately closed due to renovations but Allen communicated this with us prior to our arrival.
This was our first time staying in this area in Florida! and the location was great! The house was clean, tidy and cozy. It does get a bit warm upstairs but they have fans that definitely help. We had trouble with the wifi from the storm that hit before we arrived but the hosts were great with helping us get it taken care of! Will definitely be back!
I am a Pensacola native, and over the many years we've gone on vacation, we've always opted to vacation south of Tampa. Well this year, our family decided to give 30A a try. We found this awesome townhouse on historic Seagrove Beach and we loved every minute of it. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great for the three of us. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. The living room was comfy and good to watch a few shows in between beach sessions. The Internet Service Provide (ISP) was a little wonky, but resetting the cable modem and router resolved the two instances of that. We highly recommend the property and would stay there again. Thanks to this property, we had a fantastic first stay on 30A!
The property is older but the grounds are very well kept and the proximity to the beach is the best part. You are mins from walking to the public beach access and literally 5 min drive to Seaside square. The condo is decorated nicely, the furniture and beds need updating but we didn't hang out in the condo very much so no major complaints. Bring bug spray the mosquitos are a plenty due to all of the bushes and brush surrounding the unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with family and would recommend the property for its location.
Jennifer and Allen were very nice to work with and quick with responses. Location was convenient to beach and a couple of restaurants very close to walk to. Home was very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, all necessities met! And... It was very clean. We were very happy with our time there. Rebecca
We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer and Allen’s condo. The proximity to the beach access is great - a literal three minute walk. And the beach is excellent! I appreciated all of the condo amenities and little extras—linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap in the bathrooms, sponge/dish soap in kitchen, laundry detergent, a drawer with random items you might need like scissors, etc. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. Nice patio spaces off of the living room and upstairs bedrooms. And the hosts were so kind and responsive. Would absolutely stay again!
Super easy check-in, clean and comfortable. Especially liked small conveniences like enough bath towels, hairdryer, soap/shampoo, toilet paper and plentiful kitchen equipment for travelers flying in with kids.

The property is in a perfect location. It is nestled between Seaside and Panama City Beach. The pool and pond were a nice addition to the beach access. From the beach, you could see beautiful sunset but sunrises were blocked by buildings.
The condo has a nice full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, and ice box. The beds were comfy. The screened in balcony and patio were a peaceful pleasure. The bathtubs make great soaker tubs. The decor really brought everything together - home-y and beach-y.
I am definitely interested in renting here again.
This is the second time in two years that we stayed at this property and it has not disappointed either time. The location is excellent and feels private. The property is clean and as represented in the pictures. The property managers when contacted are prompt and polite. It’s an excellent location and we will probably be back, again.
Wonderful location. 30 mins to Panama City or Destin for shopping or eating dinner. Our only complaint was how hot it was upstairs. The fans did help some but the master bedroom never cooled down the entire stay. AC was set at 70. It was nice and cool downstairs though. Plenty of space and all utensils needed for cooking as well. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Our week long vacation could not have gone any better! The host(s) were very responsive and based on their recommendation, we were even able to have our rented bikes delivered prior to our arrival (due to getting in later than expected). The complex is not overcrowded and have enough parking area to have the car and bikes right out the front door! Property is just as the photos show and the location is perfect! The beach can be accessed via a less than 5 minute walk but this area of beach does get pretty crowded (people start setting up as early as 7am). However, Deer Lake State Park is literally less than a 5 minute drive from your parking spot and is a beautiful beach area that was less crowded. The property is almost direclty in the middle between Destin and Panama City Beach. The townhouse/condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 teenaged girls) with 2.5 bathrooms so there was never any waiting in line for bathroom time :)! The host have also provided USB charging ports in both bedrooms as well (which was much appreciated since 1 of the kids forgot their wall cube). We will definitely not hesitate to book this property again next year! Thank you to Allen and Jennifer!
This is our second time staying at Beach Nest and I would highly recommend it. The condo is VERY clean and adorably decorated. They make sure you have all the extras, soap, laundry detergent, spices, batteries, etc. Just the little things that are easy to forget but a real pain if you need them. We arrived late and the porch light was on and the house was nice and cool! The location is great. You can walk to several shops, restaurants, ice cream, donuts and more. The beach access is just across the street so it's super easy if you need to go back to the condo during your beach time. The accommodations are perfect for our family of 5 with 2 teens and one preteen. The hosts are super quick to respond with any questions and to make sure you have an enjoyable stay! I would recommend this condo to friends/family and would stay with them again when we make it down there in the future! Highly recommend, you will not be sorry! Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach and home with us!!

I recently stayed at a delightful townhouse in Santa Rosa Beach through VRBO. It was a charming and newly renovated vacation home located on beautiful 30A, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The townhome had 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and slept 6 people comfortably. The owners, Jennifer and Allen, were incredibly responsive and provided all the necessary information promptly.
The location was perfect, with the beach a short walk away and the vibrant Seaside community just 2 miles away. The townhouse was exactly as described, with authentic pictures showcasing the unique furnishings and artwork. The balcony off the bunk-bed bedroom was a peaceful retreat, and the kitchen was well-equipped.
The Cassine Gardens community offered two pools, tennis courts, and access to Port Washington State Forest trails. The landscape surrounding the townhomes was enchanting, with beautiful foliage creating a relaxing setting. The communication with the owners was excellent, and the beach, restaurants, and shops were all within walking distance.
Although the townhome could benefit from a deep cleaning, it didn't detract from our overall positive experience. Our stay exceeded expectations, and the spacious interior and cozy decor created a relaxing vibe. Beach Nest will definitely be our go-to choice for future visits to Santa Rosa Beach. I highly recommend this property for a lovely vacation on 30A.
We’ve stayed at several places along 30A through the years, usually larger homes shared with other family members or with friends. This was our first time staying on our own, so renting a larger property wasn’t necessary. The description and photos enabled us to book with confidence and, upon arrival, we were thrilled. The location is perfect; the community is adorable with plenty of amenities; and access to the beach, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, and neighboring towns is incredibly convenient (be sure to make it to Bronzinni’s Pizza for their lunch special! You’ll have leftovers for dinner). The interior of the property was even better than expected - an uncommon occurrence in which the space is even larger than the photos indicate. The flow of the floorplan and the details of the decor create a relaxing, cozy vibe to spend a much needed vacation here. When even the teenagers love it, you know it’s a winner! Beach Nest will definitely be our family’s go-to for future visits.

*Terrific communication and responsiveness from owners. Jennifer and Allen were proactive with all the information we needed for entry and were incredibly quick in providing a response to any inquiry we made.
*A wonderful location. The beach is an easy 3-5 minute walk away.
*The townhome is exactly as described. The pictures were authentic to the place.
*The balcony off the bunk-bed bedroom is wonderfully peaceful.
*The kitchen had everything we needed/wanted for cooking and was adequately stocked with basics - as were all areas in the house.
Other Stuff:
*The townhome was clean but could probably benefit from a deep cleaning.
*Sitting areas could be enhanced. For example, there were no chairs for sitting off the master bedroom balcony. The balcony is nice, and we would have used it if we could have.
Overall, for us, a very nice stay.
The Beach Nest worked out great for our family of five (2 adults, 18yo, 16yo & 11yo). Location is great, just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room to relax together. Area is beautiful! Definitely would stay again!

Great trip!! The townhome was exactly as listed on VRBO and more!! The place had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. We enjoyed the screened porches, for relaxing outside without annoying bugs. The home is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature. Easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay at this home again!!

Why they chose this property
Its location on 30-a and the lush palms and scub oaks were the main reason. We really liked the neighborhood feel, also being able to let our girls ride bikes and play ball. Just a 2 mile bike ride to Seaside
What makes this property unique
We have a end unit in our townhouse. That allows for more privacy on the end also more windows and one extra full bath than interior units. We also have hidden bunks on our outdoor patio for when our girls were little. The concrete floor on main floor makes it so nice and easy to remove sand off floor!!!
