Located in the popular Gatlinburg Falls Parkview Resort sits Heavenly Hilltop Getaway. The perfect spot for a romantic vacation of a lifetime. Spacious 1 bedroom cabin with a new full over full bunk makes this an excellent choice for a couple or 2 small families. Easy to access all year with no steep or windy roads.

This 1 bedroom Gatlinburg cabin rental features all the romantic touches that couples will love like an electric fireplace for ambience, rocking chairs and a private hot tub. Enjoy both while soaking in the spectacular Mt. LeConte and Smoky mountain views. Plenty of sleeping space if the the kids or other couples are invited to join in the trip with the 1 king bedroom, 2 queen sleeper sofas, and 1 full sized bunk bed.

Everyone will love the game room which is stocked with Pool Table, Pinball, Air Hockey, and 60 game classic multi-cade including classics like Pac-Man/Galaga/Centipede. Our guests also have access to the resort swimming pool and fitness center that are a short flat walk from the cabin.

All this while downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge sit just minutes away, making it easy to experience all that the Smoky Mountains have to offer.

Perfect Honeymoon getaway!

My Wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it. The process to check in was easy and quick. The property was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Location was great as it was a quick drive into town. Would absolutely recommend this property to others!

Spark of Life

Good space for all ages. Adequate seating for dining for 8. Plenty of dishes for preparing food which was helpful over our Christmas stay. One bedroom on main floor and one on bottom floor off of the game room with 3 bedrooms on the second top floor. Bathrooms attached to each bedroom made for ease of bathing. Game room is top notch along with the theater room with plenty of dvds for choosing. Adequate parking for three vehicles. Good location for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would recommend

Clean and family oriented

We overall enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It’s clean and it’s close to attractions. It has everything we needed and more. The view is nice but it could be better. I think it’s perfect for a family of 4 or maybe 5 but definitely not for a family of 8 in my opinion. Communication was great and they helped us with everything we needed and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We paid a little too much per night during the month of October so I guess it’s because of the season and we booked it about three weeks before our trip… I recommend this cabin for your family and give it 5 stars.

Nice cabin, great location

The cabin was clean and in a great location. The only very minor complaint would be the arcade games. Not all were available as shown in the pics and one wasn’t in working condition. Which was disappointed the kids a little. But again, a very minor thing. I would stay there again.

Amazing Cabin

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The cabin was exactly as described...clean, great location, comfortable sleeping, fun game room, relaxing hot tub, beautiful view. The " shared resort pool and gym were nice too! Also, a highlight for us was seeing bear nearly every day everyday.

Kids really enjoyed the game room choices. The downstairs bunks were full size beds and the top had a railing for little ones! Kitchen had everything you needed to cook for the week. We also took full advantage of the daily attraction passes (Dollywood, Pirates dinner theater etc..)

Fantastic home!

Great place to stay! Description and pictures were all very accurate. Great location as well, and easy to get to. The only issue we experienced was very low water pressure. We asked about it and were told that with numerous other guests staying at adjacent cabins the low pressure was to be expected. Definitely did not ruin the stay or will it keep us from returning, just an annoyance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was in a great location and was very clean. The whole family enjoyed the 2 arcade machines and pool table. The only complaints are that the water pressure was very low so only 1 person could take a shower at a time. Also only one person could be on the wifi at one time and if I was watching Netflix upstairs on the tv then the kids could not watch it downstairs. I had planned on getting some gaming in on my laptop but was not able to connect due to the wifi situation but overall I enjoyed the cabin.

Overall nice. Great location. Great free tickets for things to do near by. Great pool. Couple small things on house, water pressure was awful, you cannot flush the toilet and run the shower or run any sink while in the shower, there’s no shower pressure. The couches are absolutely worn and disgusting. We pulled the upstairs couch open for our kids to sleep on it was stained and some sort of crumbs or particles all over it, if the couches are replaced I wouldn’t stay here or recommend it.

Nice cabin

This was a very nice and clean cabin. The location was great and the roads getting to it were not scary and a good parking area. I had read in other reviews that the water pressure was low and it was but mainly in the kitchen, I didn’t have problems in the lower floor’s bathroom (we didn’t use the first floor shower/tub). Only other thing was the A/C, to make the first floor comfortable the lower floor was freezing, like an icebox. Just keep in mind if people will be sleeping on both floors.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the property and the view. Accessing and getting to the grounds was easy. The hot-tub was pretty gross. a hint of a mildew smell and stringy white things blowing out from one of the jets (bacterial). The property ios across the drive from the main office and a lot of employees used our parking to park or work on their personal vehicles (hood open, fixing an engine), right outside our door, often blocking our parking to the rental unit or access at all. When we arrived at 5pm (4pm rental is supposed to be 'ours') the front door was wide open and some random dude from 'maintenance' just walks out past me, says 'hello' then disappears down the road. Disconcerting encounter for our first 3min at the property.

Spacious Cabin with Great Views
