DO NOT STAY HERE-COCKROACHES

Front desk staff is unprofessional and took them an hour to provide room key. Once, I received room key I dropped my stuff off in room and left to go out with family for a few hours. Returned to find cockroaches in the room. Notified front desk and said to come down to front desk. We gathered our belongings and kids sat in lobby. Front desk staff they can change the room. I explained to them that we all have asthma and cockroaches would trigger an asthma attack. Cockroaches do travel from room to room. Front desk staff contact Vrbo. Contacted Vrbo and host It took the host more than an hour to respond. Front desk staff was speaking with host but did not notify me while sitting in lobby. The host said it’s normal for cockroaches in tropical area. I stayed in Florida and other countries but never had an issue with cockroaches. Host refused to refund me. Said no other guest were complaining and did some research and other guest are complaining of cockroaches and unsanitary. Very unprofessional and will be reporting this to health department and taking this to VRBO corporate.

Good for Adult Groups

While the price was good the property itself is older and the unit was remodeled however the photos listed are obviously stock photos. There is currently construction going on and every morning at 7am we were awaken by loud noises, I literally thought they were demolishimg the building with us inside one morning. Kind of far from restaurants and nightlife but great beach access. Overall was fine to stay but definitely would have thought twice about booking had actual photos been listed.

April Easter Trip

Property was dated and needed an updated make over, and more furniture, only a couch and a chair and desk in a huge living room area, suite sleeps 8 but only 3 people had a place to sit in the main living room area. Over all we loved the place and the beach access and pool were great.

Not Clean

In the past I’ve had good experiences. This time it was the opposite. There were hair and stains throughout the unit and one I brought it to the attention of Vrbo and the location nothing was done about it. This was a very disappointing and unfortunate.

Not quite as expected.

The property has not been well maintained. You can tell that it was once very nice but it feels like very little has been down to upgrade or maintain it. The apartment is a good size, nice layout with big windows. It needs a fresh coat of paint and some upgrades. As for the property management, the front desk staff is very nice, friendly and helpful but none of the amenities were provided (example, no one answers the phone when you call the front desk or room service - which did not appear to be available, and we had to ask three times for new towels and were eventually told to go to the laundry area and get them ourselves. The area is not great. No restaurants, coffee or shopping close by. That said, the beach is very nice and convenient. We enjoyed our stay but the listing needs to be more transparent about the age of the property. You would get less complaints if people knew what they were getting. Thanks.

Nice, but the little things

Check in was a nightmare. i don't mind working with someone in training, but the "teacher" kept walking away to attend to others who came to the check-in counter after me and took care of them while I was still trying to check-in. One of those others he helped while I still waited was a man who had a problem with parking which required calling the manager to resolve why he wasn't properly credited for paying the daily parking. A 3 minute process (on the slowest possible day)took over over 20. An exhaust fan in the bathroom, a lock to the patio that works, and a garbage disposal in the kitchen would have been nice. And the elevators were extremely slow even at off hours.

Seacoast Suites needs to significantly lower their prices.

The hotel is very old and outdated. The towels (bath and beach) were dirty and paper thin. Additionally the staff displayed poor customer service. On a positive note the shower worked very well and our beds were clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the view of the bay from our balcony.

May come back is the front staff was better.

We were very happy with the property. The condo was beautiful but could have been a little cleaner. Some spots on the walls and floor were kind of gross. Also, one night when my son was stuck outside with his key that didn’t work. The night crew kicked him outside and told him to get off the property for trespassing. Thankfully my husband woke up and walked on the balcony and saw him sitting by the bus stop. He went downstairs and got him. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk were very aggressive even during check in and weren’t that accommodating during our stay. Otherwise, we would have rated it 5 stars all the way.

Short get away

The condo was comfortable and as advertised. The building is older and does show its age. Location is alright, no coffee shops or restaurants in walking distance unless up for a long walk.

Awesome place

This place was beautiful. Only complaints we had was the room was dirty when we got there. They sent someone to clean asap though and gave us free parking to make up for it. Never had a problem getting extra towels or anything. We had an awesome stay!!

Very Nice

Location was great, easy check in process, beautiful area, grounds & pool. Condo was nice. Please check a dishwasher for it needs a little attention, either a deep clean or repair. Overall very nice. Thank you for letting us stay to have a wonderful time in Miami.

Dirty, dirty, dirty

Great location but terrible customer service, bad experience with this semi condo/hotel. Get ready to pay extra for everything. Missing elevator buttons. Dirty, unsanitary rooms. Dirty showers. Outdated. Key cards didn’t work. No beach service, no beach chairs or umbrellas. But charge resort fee and tax. Atmosphere was ok.
