Sleeps 6 @ New Seabury w/ Pool - All Season Modern Condo!

The condo features:

- 1,000 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 floor space perfect for a family with kids, a couple, or young adults
- Downstairs master bedroom features a queen bed, while upstairs bedroom features a queen bed and one single bed (for various sleeping arrangements).
- Double height supreme queen size air mattress for use.
- Each bedroom has its own bathroom with large shower/bathtub.
- Shampoo, body wash, bathroom amenities are available for use.
- Central air/heating, wifi, cable tv, and washer/dryer.
- Kitchen with stove, toaster, microwave and all needed utensils/pots and pans
- Dining room with a bar cart to eat and relax in
- Regular coffee maker, Keurig, and espresso machine.
- Spacious table for 4-5 guests with chairs with a gas grill.

We take extra cleaning precautions. In addition to regular cleaning between rentals, we are disinfecting all high touch surfaces areas (kitchens, bathrooms, doorknobs, door handles, etc). We are providing high quality cleaning products as well should you stay longer and require self-cleaning abilities. We also regularly steam clean all rugs, carpets and furniture.

The Cape is a perfect getaway. Our rental is available all year long!

This lovely property is nestled on a golf course. It is very quiet and well appointed with everything you need. There is a kitchen filled with great appliances and all amenities to cook with.The bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms have all shower accessories.

The condo was a perfect size for two adults and three teens. Kitchen was well equiped. The only thing I would add to the descriptions is: bring your own beach towels.

Cape family vacation

We (girls 7 and 10, my husband and I) had a great vacation at Ethan's New Seabury Condo. The place is perfect for a family--spacious but cozy, well appointed but not cluttered. Very close to South Cape Beach, Popponesset Inn, Mashpee Commons, etc. Ethan was cordial and responsive, and everything was easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Great weekend getaway. Comfortable condo for 4 adults each bedroom has own full bathroom. Nice outside patio o er looking a green on golf course. It’s a little tricky finding it lots of condos and streets but we did find it. Ethan the host was great answering all questions quickly. Make sure to have drinks / dinner at the country club great food and big martinis!

Served its purpose

We were there for a short time. Owner accomodated an early checkin which we appreciated. I would suggest the owner streamline the property by ridding of property of family photos , knick knacks , excess foods except basics (salt pepper a couple of basic seasonings) . There was also alot of "stuff" in the bedroom closets and bathroom drawers. The unit was pretty clean. This was fine for a one or two night stay but would not want it for a week. With a few small changes this would be really nice.
