*HOA regulations do not allow for guest golf cart rentals. Additionally, bringing your own golf cart onto the property is prohibited.
*This is a peaceful community. To ensure everyone's enjoyment, weddings, parties, gatherings exceeding a reasonable number of guests, and guests of guests are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the property, forfeiture of any remaining rental fees, and potential fines from the HOA, community, and 360 Blue.
* To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, pets are not permitted on the property. Please note that any damage caused by pets will be the guest's responsibility.
*This rental property does not come with bikes. Per the HOA bikes are not allowed to be left on the bike racks over night therefore we are unable to offer rental bikes at this home.
