This three-bedroom, three-bath condominium, offered by Hodnett Cooper, is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beach Club 218 has many upgraded features such as bead board, crown moulding, ceiling fans and all flat screen televisions. The decor is serene yet beachy with lots of blue and neutral tones. From the living area, slider doors lead to the balcony with patio furniture overlooking the picturesque courtyard and view of the ocean. The fully-equipped kitchen has been updated with newer countertops and cabinets.

The master suite features a king bed, wall-mounted flat-screen television, desk and sitting area. Slider doors from the master lead to the balcony. The master bath includes a garden tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. One guest bedrooms has a queen bed with its own private bath. The second guest room has two twin beds with access to a full bath as well.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center.

You guys! We come to this area 4 times a year to visit our grandbabies and always looking for somewhere spacious and nice. This was by far the best place we stayed. Host was super duper nice and the condo was absolutely better than expected !!

Amazing Condo Super Comfy

It was great it exceeded my expectations. The condo was spacious and comfy, it was 7 of us, 5 adults and two children. Location of the property was nice easy access to the beach etc. The only negative is the check out time of 10am.

Love the property. Decorated really nice. Has all the amenities you’ll need. Only thing which is small the master bathroom doors are horrible. I would install a barn door closure. Other than that the condo is really nice.

Perfect place for Families

Our group of 7 (5 adults, 2 children) enjoyed our stay! Condo was a 3/3 with sleeper sofa and the 1400 sq ft allowed for everyone to spread out with plenty of room. Condo was updated and decorated beautifully! Easy access to beach and swimming pool deck. Will definitely be staying again!!

Really nice, clean, updated spacious 3BR. Nice pool and beach access. Barry Beach service is nice to rent chairs/umbrella from that are set up for you on the beach. Well maintained tennis court and fitness room and beautiful courtyard the balcony faces. Only critique would be a few more cooking items in the unit if planning to cook many dinners and a broom so easier to keep things tidy through the stay. St.Simons is a quaint town to stroll through, nice restaurants. We loved our family vacation.

Great rooms for the most part. Beautiful view of water from afar. The master bedroom bed was on the stiff side, but all other areas were clean and comfortable. Would be great if the pool was heated even in late March for Spring Break. The hot tubs were awesome.

Very clean, nice and roomy property.

The room was great and kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of space in this condo with beach access. The only problem was the gym was closed, I guess either because of Covid19 or being renovated. This would’ve been nice to know before making our rental decision. Glad the hot tubs were working though!

Wonderful visit

Beautiful property and condo! Easy access to the beach and pool. Parking was horrible and we dreaded parking every day, but other than parking would recommend this property.
