This recently redecorated South Walton vacation rental’s soothing colors and ceramic wood floors offer a relaxing , modern ambiance with accommodations for up to six guests. The unit offers ample comfortable bedding , a well-supplied kitchenette, and a balcony from which to take in the sights and views of an active beach community or for just listening to the serenity of the nearby waves of the Gulf. Catch a glimpse of emerald green waters within view from the front windows.
Just a short walk across the street through the Gulf Place Arch, you’ll find the beach and waters of the Gulf of Mexico.Just outside for exploring are the conveniently located varied shops and restaurants of Gulf Place. A quick drive can
take you to colorful and intriguing South Walton towns such as Grayton Beach, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach. For the shopper, there is Silver Sands Outlet Mall in Miramar Beach, The Destin Commons in Destin, and a 35 minute drive down 98 will take you to Pier Park Shopping Center in Panama City Beach. Family Trip

The condo was nice and was perfect for our trip. Nice location with shops and restaurants nearby and private beach access right across the street. I was pleasantly surprised that the condo was bigger than it looked in the pictures online. Would like to stay there again sometime.

Comfy and entertaining

We were blest with great weather so spent the time in the living room or out on balcony when we were not on the beach or eating out. Gulf place beach and restaurants get high marks. The couch was comfortable. The people going by were very entertaining. Nancy’s attention to detail is great, like lots of hooks in the bathroom. I brought suction cup hooks which worked well on the inner shower door to hang light weight wet stuff. Our stay was memorable.

Great condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo was very clean, and the bed and furniture were very comfortable. The host was great!!! We will definitely stay here again.

A little slice of paradise!

We had the best stay for our anniversary! The house had everything we needed. Nancy was such a great host! We were walking distance to some amazing restaurants and the beach was absolutely beautiful! We loved every second of our trip and can’t wait to go back!

Family Friendly!

Overall great stay. This is a very family friendly area, safe and clean and a lot of young families. We were there over spring break so it was busy, but not crazy/wild. Stayed with our 12 and 16 year old. We enjoyed the heated pools and the beach access is right across the street which was lovely. A bonus to this unit is that you can sit on the balcony and see the ocean between the buildings across the street! the grounds of the complex and pools are kept very nice. The host, Nancy, was very helpful and kind and we had great communication. Free laundry room near the unit was nice. A couple things to note- this is more of a studio style unit, as primary "bedroom" is open, if privacy is important for you. It is also fairly noisy- there was a lot of construction noise going on while we were there, and every morning the garbage truck comes right outside the side of the unit that the primary bed is on around 7am. Also, this unit is right in front of the elevator for the floor which added to the noise, but not too bad. There are some furnishings showing a fair amount of wear and tear (and others that look updated). I felt terrible as Nancy reached out after our visit about a tear in a chair, but honestly we thought they were already looking fairly rough and aren't sure. Overall good experience. Nancy is so helpful and the walkable location with plenty to do right outside the unit was enjoyable.

Cute beach rental

Perfect for our time at the beach 🏝️ the space was larger than anticipated and it was perfect mornings on the balcony with coffee. Cute area and walkable to anything we needed. Short drive down 30A to things not walkable. Good communication with owner, and appreciated the quick responses. Would stay again!

Great place close to the beach!

Nice, clean place close to the beach! We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and enjoyed walking around Gulf place, visiting the beach via the private Gulf Place access, and sitting in the hot tubs on the property.

Cozy clean cottage

We loved the condo, nice and clean and a great location. We could walk to everything. Perfect directions to the condo and close to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation with the family. The kids loved the bunk bed, my son actually cried when we left because he didn’t want to leave the bunk bed or the fishy pillow 😂☺️loved it, we will be back!

Very Comfortable Well-Stocked Condo in Great Location

We stayed in 3 different places on the gulf coast this week, and this condo was our favorite. All the furnishings were so comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Nicely decorated. Super location in Gulf Place and right across the street from the beach. Owner was a joy to work with, and has provided MUCH of whatever you might need for a beach-stay on 30A. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for taking care of us!

I live in Mississippi with my husband and have lived here for over 40 years. We have two grown sons, one who lives in Florida and one in Mississippi. I grew up in Kansas and obtained a degree in education eventually teaching 1st grade for 40 years. I am now a retired 1st grade teacher and enjoy visiting beautiful Florida to spend time near our son, daughter-in-law and our grandsons.

Why they chose this property

We love this area and the opportunity to visit our family who live near the condo. This is a beautiful area and not nearly as congested as near-by beach towns. We bought the condo several years ago and had it managed by a rental company, but now (being retired) have more time and decided to give it a more personal touch. We have upgraded with new paint, patio furniture, ceramic wood tile, and some new furniture. Reviews left in our visitor's book in the condo have been very complimentary and we want to continue providing our guests a great place to stay. We are not new owners, just new to this site.
