New apartment, built in 2016/17, 3 rooms, 4 sleeps ion ground flor with large private terrace of 45 m2, parking in the basement. Rien a dire, tout était parfait. Le logement est accessible aux personnes en fauteuil roulant. Mes parents qui ont séjourné ici ont été conquis et ont déjà envie de revenir

Délicieux séjour à deux pas de la plage et de la ville

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce superbe appartement, situé dans une très belle résidence à la localisation idéale. La communication avec la propriétaire a été très fluide, fort sympathique, et productive. L'accueil sur place excellent. Et le séjour donc ... parfait 😀

Merveilleux séjour

L appartement est très agréable,bien placé ,propre et rien ne manque ,on a pu profiter de la belle terrasse car le temps s y prêtait. La literie est très confortable.La propriétaire qui n est pas sur place est très aimable et arrangeante tout comme la dame qui nous attendait à notre arrivée.J allais oublier le parking sécurisé dans la résidence est un plus à St Jean de Luz (on peut tout faire à pied)

Très contents de notre location. Au delà de l’appartement de très bon standing qui correspond en tout point à la description de l’annonce, nous avons apprécié les échanges avec notre hôte pour l’organisation de notre séjour.

Excellent séjour à 2 pas de la plage

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour : la localisation est parfaite, tout près du bord de mer et non loin du centre ville, la maison était parfaitement propre, bien équipée et décorée avec goût et la literie était très bonne. L'accueil a été chaleureux et bien organisé. Seul petit point d'amélioration éventuel : ajouter un micro-ondes. Merci à la propriétaire, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Un bel appartement dans un cadre agréable et idéalement situé

Appartement assez spacieux, très bien équipé, bénéficiant d'un bon confort. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir prendre nos repas sur la large terrasse. La résidence est bien conçue et est entourée d'une bande de verdure et d'arbres qui réjouissent l'oeil. L'accès à la plage est quasi immédiat et des commerces de proximité sont proches et rapidement accessibles à pieds.

Très bel appartement idéalement placé

Une jolie résidence quasi neuve avec jardin arboré ,idéalement placée dans le centre à 50m de la grande plage .Un bel appartement ,bien équipé et bien décoré avec une grande terrasse très agréable
