Built in 3 minutes by foot from the beach of Kerbourgnec (side Bay), our house Tymad (classified 4 ☆) will allow you to spend a successful holiday in a typical environment of Brittany while benefiting from multiple possibilities of activities and discoveries.

For a relaxing or sporting holiday, reunions with family or friends, Tymad welcomes you to immerse yourself in a Breton ambience. The garden of Tymad will offer you a space of relaxation where you can find yourself around the barbecue, taking advantage of the garden room on the terrace in Ipé.

Located just 5 minutes from the wild coast and 20 minutes from the famous alignments of menhirs of Carnac, Tymad enjoys a dreamy setting for the holiday: a mild climate all year round, picturesque landscapes very varied in a radius of 20 km. You can also easily embark for a day on the islands of Houat, Hoëdic or Belle-Île.

TYMAD, A VERY RECENT, MODERN, COMFORTABLE AND QUIET HOUSE

More than the charm of a natural setting that makes you dream, it is the care that we have brought to Tymad that makes this holiday rental so inviting and so endearing.

Tymad is classified as "furnished for tourism" 4 ☆. In addition to its terrace and its private garden, the house benefits from all amenities to guarantee your comfort during your stay and in particular the WIFI. The photos in the slideshow show this.

The very bright living room of Tymad is equipped with flat screen TV and DVD player.

The fully equipped American kitchen will delight the cooks.

The double beds are spacious (160 x 200 cm). The single beds are 90 x 20 cm. All the bedding is very new and very comfortable.

TYMAD, A MULTITUDE OF ACTIVITIES WITH HAND RANGE

The more sporty ones can go sailing in the Bay of Quiberon, hiking or cycling.

Tymad offers access to a multitude of outdoor activities:
- St Pierre sailing school is a 3-minute walk away. Young and old alike can participate in sailing courses or simply rent boats
- covered and open tennis courts are also 3 minutes walk from Tymad
- as well as a playground for children
- a riding club is within walking distance
- you can also practice sand yachting, kite surfing and surfing on the beach of Penthièvre at 5 km
- the golf of Saint Laurent, 20 km, offers you an exceptional journey in the heart of a beautiful forest of pines and oaks

Nice, modern house in a good location.

Very well equipped with everything you need for the kitchen, for grilling, for the terrace and the beach. The beautiful, quiet sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Bakers, butchers, supermarkets and other shops are available in the nearby center of St. Pierre Quiberon. The communication and service from landlord Pierre was very good. The personal contact was very nice and friendly. We felt very comfortable in Pierre and Sylvie's holiday home and are happy to recommend it!

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub.

Das Haus ist ideal für einen Urlaub mit der Familie und sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschäfte und schöne Strände sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Comfortable, clean, simple, well equipped summer house.

Lovely welcome from Pierre on arrival. We spent a lovely week cycling around the Quiberon peninsula’s beaches. The house’s garage entry set up with downstairs shower allowed us to hang up kids’ clobber and wet kit, without spreading too much sand through the house!

Der perfekte Urlaub

Die Lage des Hauses ist super...Strand und Segel/Surfschule und Verleih direkt vor der Haustür und das noch idyllische St Pierre de Quib. auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad super zu erreichen. Hier gibt es alles für den täglichen Gebrauch...Insgesamt kann man die Insel wunderbar mit dem Rad erkunden, wir haben kaum das Auto genutzt. Herrlich! Die Insel ist traumhaft! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, bestens ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Beeindruckend die Ausstattung für Kleinkinder. Auch wenn das für uns nicht relevant war, ist es uns dennoch aufgefallen, was für die Kleinen zur Verfügung stand. Der Vermieter und die Verwalterin vor Ort waren super freundlich, alle unsere Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet, eine wirklich sehr angenehme Betreuung. Wir haben uns super erholt und die Kids sind auch happy. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Familie Klein aus Köln

bien située, tres bien équipée , propriétaires arrangeants seul bémol c'est l'impression d'etre parfois dans la même pièce que la maison reliée en terme d'insonorisation ça peut etre compliqué pour les siestes d'un bébé si la famille d'à coté est en pleine activité

Superbe séjour.

Avec nos deux petits enfants nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans une maison au calme mais près de tout (plage, commerces) et conforme en tout point aux descriptions faites par le propriétaire. Nous recommandons sans retenu cette location.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wie schon im Haus Kerpi ist auch im Haus Tymad alles genau so wie wir uns es vorstellen. Eine Ferienunterkunft zum wohlfühlen. Wir waren jetzt schon dreimal hier und wir werden wieder kommen. Einziges Manko - die Pfannen im Haus Tymad sind nicht die Besten.

Un week end inoubliable

Nous sommes arrivés à 16 personnes pour une fête familiale, à peine franchi l'entrée nous étions tous émerveillés et sous le charme de ces 2 maisons. La réalité dépasse toute description, très facile à vivre rien ne manque, beaucoup d'espace, de lumière, très soignées et vraiment jolies, les petits ne sont pas oubliés quant aux plus grands ils n'étaient pas avares de compliments. Même le soleil s'est invité à la fête , merci à Pierre et Sylvie pour leur gentillesse. Je n'oublie pas Sylvia toujours dispo pour nous faciliter notre séjour.

Familienurlaub mit 5 Personen

Ein absolut erholsamer und familientauglicher Urlaub, geschuldet der tollen Lage ( nah am Strand, sehr ruhig, besser als in Quibéron selbst), dem herrlichen Wetter, dass in den 2 Wochen nicht hätte besser sein können und der schönen FeWo. Schriftverkehr mit dem Vermieter immer schnell und zuverlässig, dieser auch ( weil zufällig vor Ort) sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit Auskünften) FeWo Haus Tymad sehr hell und freundlich, gute und praktische Aufteilung im Haus Leider durch eine in die tragende Zwischenwand mit der Nachbarwohnung eingebaute Metalltreppe u. U. sehr hellhörig. Für den Preis wäre die bauliche Ausstattung in deutschen FeWos "solider". Auch wären Fliegengitter als Mückenschutz vor allen Fenstern sinnvoll, ein elektrisches Gerät für die Steckdose bringt nicht so viel. Dennoch eine Unterkunft mit sofortigem Wohlfühlcharakter! Wir waren mit drei Kindern zwischen 7 und 14 dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines excellentes dans la maison Tymad. L'accueil était très chaleureux. La maison est neuve, très propre et parfaitement équipée. L'endroit est très calme et pourtant à 2 minutes seulement de la plage et des tennis dont nous avons bien profité. Les commerçants les plus proches sont accessibles à pied et les plages de surf sont à 10 minutes en voiture. Nous avons déjà recommendé cette location et la presqu'île de Quiberon à nos amis et collègues et serions ravis d'y retourner également. Merci encore.

Une maison très moderne et agréable

Nous avons passé en famille ( 2 adultes et 3 enfants âgés de 11 , 14 et 16 ans ) un excellent séjour dans la maison Tymad. La maison est très confortable , moderne, et impeccable .L'accueil a été parfait.Les activités sont multiples Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
