This luxurious apartment, the only one leading directly onto the magnificent pool is highly sought after, and boasts a superb 120 sq ft pergola (12 sq mtrs)(tented shade) on its extensive terrace looking onto the Mediterranean. Only 50 meters from the water's edge. Another most desirable aspect of the apartment is the almost total quietness at night due to being remote from road traffic; only the sound of waves on the beach can be heard, ensuring the very best possible environment for perfect sleep. A special for sun lovers is that the sun rises early morning on the Easter horizon directly onto our terrace. Most apartments then lose the sun as it starts to go down in the West, but with our apartment the guests sunbathe on the private terrace and when the sun goes over the hills simply move onto the large pool deck to catch a further few hours of late afternoon!! Other than to go onto the promenade there are no steps at all that our guests need to climb, and with the vehicle parked adjacent to the entrance door, carrying in groceries or suitcases is quite painless. It really is the most satisfying holiday apartment for all.
Inside we have full central air conditioning, WI-FI throughout all rooms, a superb TV system giving multiple channels. At night and during the heat of the day, our guests have the incredible facillity of our 120+ sq feet (12 sq mtrs) gondola as respite, but still being outside in the clear Meditrranean air, but in the coolness of the gondola. Our gondola is perfect for evening gathering of family and friends, and with our large barbeque gives sheer perfection of Mediterranean Nights!!
For FAMILIES, full safety observation of your children in the pool from the only apartment in the entire urbanisation with direct access and overlook to the pool (a no-stress situation for parents)! An additional single bed is available at a modest charge (70GBP per stay), and ALSO, to assist our guests, we try to avoid Saturday change overs (when possible) to facillitate lower cost air travel.
