Great View from Above!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We (4 people) stayed a week in early to mid October. We had a great time and enjoyed having breakfast and coffee on the balcony. The unit has a terrific view and is well supplied. We used the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, and were easily able to access the beach from the property.I would recommend it for people looking for a place to stay that is more quiet than Myrtle Beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was nice. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The only down side was the carpet and the beds. The carpet had not been vacuumed in the bedrooms and the mattresses were the worst I have ever slept on.

Needs Some Work
The unit needs fixing and cleaning. The ceiling fans and the louvers on a door were terrible with dust. I have a pic of the door. Molding coming off. Tubs & showers weren't in the best of shape or clean. Water faucets were finicky at best. One of the tub showers you could only shower. We did have maintenance come up and he attempted to fix one of the faucets. It was a little better the 1st time after but went right back to the way it was. The clothes dryer did not work, well the heat did but it did not tumble. Kudo's to the staff and maintenance crew. We called on it and they responded the next morning and it was fixed that afternoon. They need more small spoons. Some of the dinnerware was chipped. The pool was always cloudy. I hated that the kids were in it! Closing the gates at 10:00 pm isn't the greatest. There was no place to wash the sand off after an evening walk on the beach. Check in is horrible!!!! There was no place to park to unload at the building. You might need to look into staggering the check in like cruise lines do. Our trash chute on our floor didn't ever open. There were no TV channels to watch on a couple of the TVs. Some people don't have Firestick or Roku devices or accounts to log into. There were a couple of the TVs where people didn't log out that we could watch something anyway. WiFi wasn't the best either. The main door to the balcony was very difficult to open. If the track was cleaned and oiled it might help.

Golfers week
With three male golfers we each wanted our own bed and bath. This property met all our expectations. Location close to Hwy 17 made it easy to reach different courses. The condo was very clean and quiet. Very happy with the off street parking.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very clean, very comfortable beds & livingroom, kitchen very well stocked. The chairs on the balcony were comfortable, however, at least one should have a way to put your feet up. The front door doesn’t not have a dead bolt, not only was there a joke in the door, a sign on the door says so (lol). We had no idea until 6 days into our vacation that we were leaving the door unlocked all night & all day. I thought the combination lock locked automatically when we shut it. Guess we were lucky. The maintenance man was very prompt to replace the entire lock the same day we discovered it. We didn’t like that parking was on the other side of the street, the number of handicapped parking spaces was very limited compared to the size of the condo. We always had to make arrangements every time we left the building.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really nice condo that is not being taken care of properly. Dirty is an understatement. When we walked in it was obvious the floors hadn't been cleaned. We vacuumed everything from toe nails to glass up from the carpet. Throughout the week we found lots of left behind things including Dirty towels, half eaten cookies, bottle rockets, lighters, rings the list goes on. That was just the stuff we came across by chance. A cockroach visited us in the kitchen. Washer and dryer need replaced. The condo has so much potential but unfortunately we won't be back due to it not being cleaned adequately.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was large enough for two families and the location was great. The only negative I have to say is the communication could have been better . We chose this condo because of the pool and lazy river and when we arrived the lazy river was under construction and we had no idea . It had been under construction before we booked but was not told. We would definitely go back again tho !

There were a couple of minor things family members found but nothing that I thought was a big deal. I'm sure it is just end of season stuff that is taken care of in the off season by the cleaning crew when they do extreme deep cleans as time permits. I love working with NBR, they make everything SO easy!! We will be back!!

The unit was clean and nicely furnished and our view from the 16th floor balcony was amazing! We got to experience a magnificent sunrise and the weather was perfect! We made many very special memories and will always remember this vacation. My only (very minor) suggestion would be a better coffee pot. It took FOREVER to brew a pot of coffee.

Family Retreat
We wanted a space for a short family retreat reuniting a mother, and her children and their families. This space was clean, spacious, and the amenities were perfect for the trip. It is conveniently next to a bar, beach store and mini mart. Perfect trip!
