This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit also has a private lanai to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail. Laundry room downstairs for all units to use.

Near Lae Nani you'll find shops and restaurants within walking distance. Award winning Hukilau Lanai is an easy stroll away for dinner, cocktails and live music. The ever popular Lava Lava Beach Club is just a few steps away for breakfast or cocktails with your feet in the sand.

Coconut Plantation Marketplace offers shopping at boutique shops or picking up groceries for meal prep. Enjoy the close proximity to a coastal pedestrian path which meanders along the coastline for beautiful ocean side strolls.

The condo was exactly as pictured. We appreciated the binder of information and the coffee samples. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Location couldn't be better, walking distance to many things and perfect location to split our vacation between the north and south shores.

Amazing Property

This was a Beautiful property! Lush with amazing views! Very clean. Lots of attention to big welcome! Basket of tea , coffee and treats! Comfortable bed. So Very glad I booked this unit! Close to restaurants and a Great starting point for exploring the island! Loved it and hope to stay here again!

Beautiful view

The view is beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots and pans that we needed to make breakfast including a coffee maker and a toaster. Quick walk along the path to Lava Lava Beach Club for dinner.

Great home base

We didn’t spend much time here as we were out exploring a lot but it was the perfect home base. Roughly equi-distant from North and South, walkable to a market and restaurant, lovely, well-maintained setting. Property manager was helpful and quick to respond. A very comfortable place!

Perfect Getaway

This spot was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. The condo was clean and large. We enjoyed the pool every day. The ocean is right outside and was great for tide pooling at low tide. It is also walking distance to a small market.

Amazing!

Me and my husband stayed here for our anniversary it was perfect! I loved hearing the beach and waves all day long. It’s beautiful, clean has everything you need even some beach stuff. Place is pretty quiet there’s a restaurant you can walk to it’s on the beach looks really fun . We can’t wait to bring our kids with next time. Definitely would stay here again We loved it!

EPIC STAY IN PARADISE

We have been fortunate to come to Kauai several times over the years; however, this was our first in this unit. In short, this unit/development exceeded our expectations. Everything from view, beautiful grounds & easy walkability to so many great places + more! We would recommend without hesitation.

Amazing views, great location.

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The views from the lani were spectacular! The property was absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. The only downside was that the vinyl flooring in the condo really needs to be replaced, it's chipping and coming up in places. But, it would not stop us from staying here again. We had a great week!

Here for a short stint.

Martie the host was extremely responsive and helpful for any suggestions that you might have. The complex is extremely secure and has plenty of nice to haves… like a small (basically your own beach, with a rock enclosed are for the big wind and big wave days, a pool and access to some Barbecues. Close to shopping (under 5 minutes by car) and pretty close to the airport (15 minutes). We picked this area to stay as it was almost perfect to go North or South or to the west side with a maximum drive of 1 hour. Stayed out all days except one day from sun up (7:00 am to sunset 6:50pm). Lots to do. Looking forward to coming back in a few years!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely, very spacious condo in a fantastic location. It had everything needed to stay comfortably. The grounds were spectacular and proximity to both South and North shores of the island was a huge plus.

This condo was lovely. Better than it looked on line. Beach location was perfect. Grounds were peaceful and just perfect. A few kids but to be expected when on vacation. No issues at all. Host was super responsive. Would stay again. Short walk next door to Lava Lava beach club. Just lovely at 7am!

Awesome vacation

Everything about the condo met or exceeded our expectations. I can't say enough about how helpful Martie was. She was super responsive and even rescheduled the cleaning crew to allow us to check out late. This was very appreciated considering our return flight was later that night. The view of the beach is great, the grounds are beautiful, you can walk to local restaurants and shopping, and you're on the most beautiful island in the world (my opinion of course). Loved it and wish we could've stayed another week!

Much nicer than expected

We enjoyed every thing about this condo. The view, the accommodation itself, the location on the island. We were more into seeing the sights and could drive easily to see all parts of the island. One comment is that you do need to use steps to get to third floor. Martie, the mgr, was always helpful.
