Located within walking distance of the historic Castle Farms, popular wedding destination and event venue. 6 Bedrooms, 3 Baths Furnished. 2 miles to downtown Charlevoix; where you will find shopping, dining, galleries, beaches, and marinas. This home offers the coziness and space you need during your up north vacation.

Each furnished bedroom is equipped with full/queen size beds, Master Suite will enjoy a Garden soaker tub, walk in shower, and double sinks in the bathroom. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and washclothes. Three bedrooms and two baths are located on the main level, three bedrooms and one bath on the lower level.
This home comes with a fully stocked kitchen, including: dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Whether relaxing on the back porch, or sitting around the fireplace in the living space, this spacious home is the perfect place to unwind after enjoying all that Charlevoix, and the surrounding area, has to offer.

There is a $200.00 cleaning fee. I do not want you surprised at check out. 100% of this charge goes to my cleaners. This is a very big house with lots of laundry. My cleaners are top notch and deserve every penny of this fee! :)

Wedding weekend stay

Beautiful home with plenty of room. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Loved the convenience of being so close to Castle Farms. Nice welcome basket. Great communication with the host. I will definitely recommend this home to everyone and would love to stay at some of their other properties.

Family Wedding

We had everything we needed at the house and were able to enjoy coffee in the morning in the serene backyard. There was more than enough space so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The location was perfect!

Wedding at the Castle

Our niece got married at Castle Farms. This location was perfect; literally across the street. We had a large group of family with us and needed a lot of Soave with 6 bedrooms and 3 baths we were set. We had plenty of Soave the kitchen was well stocked and laid out wells only thing we would say is trim the purple flowers I think lavender yo the sidewalk ti front door. You could barely walk on the sidewalk there were A LOT of bees and our sun is alllergic so made him nervous, other than this the house was absolutely perfect!

Perfect Family Wedding House

We loved this property.. our son Got married at the castle and this was a perfect location! We made it into a little getaway! About a 12 min walk to castle.. and 2 min drive! Loved that the owner had cleaning supplies and little things like seasonings, and plenty of bowls and misc party supplies .. cute house, very comfy and conveniently located.. about a 5 min drive to the ferry beach and all stores..

Comfortable and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Close to downtown Charlevoix, Fisherman Island, Castle Farms and North Pointe Nature Preserve. Great for pets!

The house was larger than it looks and very comfortable. It is possible to walk to Castle Farms but the walk is on a main road. Host was very easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing home

We were in Charlevoix for my son's wedding at Castle Farms. We could have walked had we wanted to. Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easily sleeps a large group although we ended up with only 4 of us. Well maintained and loved home. We will certainly keep it on our lists of repeats if we are in the area again. The host was extremely responsive with and any all questions I had. I would highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our family! Plenty of space for the nine of us. Great kitchen, spacious living areas, and comfortable bedrooms. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Charlevoix and shopping.

I love being able to rent to families so they can enjoy their time together.

Why they chose this property

This property allows for families to have their own space while being close to all Northern Michigan has to offer.

What makes this property unique

This is approximately a 3000 square feet living space property. We recently added a per person fee for any guest over a quantity 6. We did this so we can keep our nightly rate and cleaning fee lower. I do not want a family of 6 paying what a family of 13 pays. 😊
