Very comfortable house with heating and air conditioning, for 6 people maximum. Its Andalusian decoration highlights Spanish art with traditional furniture and a touch of contemporary art. The 3 bedrooms each have their marble bathroom and are en suite. Beautiful house

Do not hesitate to book your stay here. The house is stunningly beautiful and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The host is very nice and helpful and responds very quickly. Excellent location close to everything. We will book here again next time we visit beautiful Sevilla!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this unique property! The location is perfect for exploring and we walked to all locations from the apartment. The restaurant on the corner is great and we had several good meals there during our stay. We also enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop patio in the morning. I highly recommend this property.

Has it all!

Great location and home for exploring Sevilla for our family of 6 adults. The home is almost too nice as the rooftop deck is awesome. Great for seeing the stars or looking down on the plaza below. Great neighborhood with several places to eat within a couple of blocks. Ariane is very responsive and offered a numbered of places to try in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Central and private

The large house is in a great location for virtually any conceivable activity in Seville. It fronts on a very pleasant plaza, with shopping of all kinds only a short walk away. Because Seville is a wonderful city for walking, this is a perfect situation. At the same time, the roof terrace is a wonderful spot for a private retreat. We felt very fortunate to be there!

Heel bijzonder en zeer schoon appartement

Het appartement is indrukwekkend. Prachtige inrichting. Het terras was onze favoriet! Van alle comfort voorzien. Er is wel reuring omheen maar met ramen dicht goed te doen.

Seville Break

A lovely townhouse in Seville, within walking distance of the Giralda and Alcazar. Highlight for us was the lovely terrace on the upper floor. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Fascinating interior furnishings and decor with typical Spanish style. Kitchen well fitted out. Only problem was the three flights of stairs but even my 79 year old partially sighted husband managed them with ease.

A beautiful apartment in a lovely corner is Seville

My group of 6 had a most delightful stay at this lovely apartment with a designer’s touch. It is filled with all the necessities (including a partial kitchen off the rooftop terrace as well as the main kitchen on the ground floor.) All the bedrooms are comfortable, but only one stand up shower among the ensuite bathrooms. We spent loads of morning time on the beautiful terrace when it was cool. The location is very convenient for sightseeing, but not crowded or loud at night. Excellent communication with the property manager and owner.

Amazing stay

Great location, easy to walk to nearby attractions. The rooftop patio was amazing - very hot during the day but in the evening our family hung out there an played card games. An excellent experience.

Beautiful home in Sevilla!

We loved the home! It is absolutely gorgeous, and perfectly situated! Our charming host was easy to communicate with. The listing was 100% accurate. Spacious, well-equipped, beautifully decorated, beds were comfy, ac worked well despite the high outdoor temps, and the rooftop patio was a joy in the evenings! Perfect place!

Incroyable séjours dans une maison superbe.

4 jours, 3 nuits dans cette grande maison d’époque, décorée et aménagée avec goût. L’accueil et les bons conseils de Marie-Carmen nous ont bien servis. Seul bémol, l’air climatisé dans une des chambres ne fonctionnait pas. Le terrasse au 4 ième étage est immense et est propice à plusieurs moments agréables (petit déjeuner, lecture, souper etc )

Stayed here on a family vacation. The house is even better than the pictures make it look. Very comfortable and has a ton of character. The outdoor space is really nice. Perfect location as well. Definitely recommend.

Perfect house to visit study abroad student

Great historic property in Seville. Easily walk to shops, the Cathedral, to tapas, and many other sights in Seville. Be prepared for many stairs. Take time to make sure you can work the front door lock. Be prepared for many flights of stairs. The rooftop patio is spectacular. Every bedroom has a full bath but only one has a shower. The house was perfect for my husband and I, our 21 year old daughter, 19 year old son and 16 year old daughter. Highly recommend.

"Old Spain" in the Most Elegant Surroundings!

My husband and I felt privileged to stay in this gorgeous home, well located near so many Sevilla highlights! We never needed a car, as we were able to easily walk to restaurants (right outside the door), the Cathedral, Alcázar, and the Metropol Parasol among many other places. The Museo de Bellas Artes, an exceptional art museum is just steps away. One of our favorite walks was to stroll along the Guadalquivir River and visit the tile shops and tapas bars in Triana. Ariane was always quick to respond to any requests and made our stay feel extra special! We cooked many meals in the well appointed ground floor kitchen and enjoyed relaxing in the first floor lounge. The highlight was the spectacular roof top terrace with an adjoining kitchen! We will dream of returning to this magnificent get away!

A wonderful villa in the heart of Seville

We loved this villa in the museum plaza. There were great shops and cafes close by, the villa had lovely rooms and all the amenities we needed. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Historic charm, we can’t wait to visit again!

Lots of historical details

This is a charming older house with lots of historical details in a convenient location. The roof top terrace is a great place to gather with your group, though the home lacks good gathering space inside. Owner and property manager were responsive to requests. Be aware that there is an extra charge for each additional guest after 2 people. Overall, a very nice stay.

Magnifique

Véritable demeure andalouse, nous avons pu nous imprégner de l'ambiance locale dès notre arrivée. L'emplacement central est parfait, et la terrasse juste magnifique. Attention aux têtes de grands animaux empaillés qui peuvent surprendre. Nous recommandons cette maison de ville.

Fabulous house in convenient location.

Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Lovely outdoor terrace. Fab location opposite museum of fine arts with cafes shops and attractions all in easy walking distance. Minor things worth knowing - only shower is en-suite with king bedroom so no access for other bedrooms. Cafe opposite is open late so can be noisy esp Fridays and Saturdays.

A lot of antique wood, antique ceramics from Andalusia .
The terrace is unit and is perfect for long nice spring,summer and autumn afternoon and evenings.You can use it everyday almost from end of mars to end of november and sometimes also in winter for lunch.There is a second kitchen on the same floor than the terrace.
