- The living room, with its large bay window, opens onto a terrace of around 10m2 for flats on the 1st floor, or onto a 6m2 balcony for those on the upper floors.

As this flat is located in a top-of-the-range luxury residence, you will have access to the residence's wellness area (swimming pool-sauna) . A 45-minute session must be booked the day before for the following day.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels (2 per kitchen), bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, 4 rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
