Herrlicher Blick aufs Meer

Nach sehr guter Kommunikation mit Herrn Moulin, dem Betreuer am Ort, und sehr guter Einweisung haben wir uns schnell wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet einen hervorragenden Blick auf den Strand und das Meer sowie den Sonnenuntergang. Bezüglich Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. In direkter Nähe gibt es Restaurants, Bäckereien, ein sehr gutes Fischgeschäft und viel viel Strand zum Wandern. Nachteilig für ältere Mieter sind die 5 1/2 Etagen, die man vom Parkplatz aus mit Gepäck und ohne Lift erklettern muss. Ferner ist die Garage für moderne Fahrzeuge viel zu schmal und mit ca. 190 cm Höhe auch oft zu niedrig, sodass man auf der Straße parken muss. Das müssen aber alle, auch die Einheimischen, da alle Garagen im Ort gleich klein sind. Wir empfehlen das Appartement für zwei Erwachsene Kind, das ist dann sehr bequem.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner, hellen Wohnung direkt am Strand gelegen

Frische Meeresluft, Einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen, ausgiebige Wanderungen am Strand und durch die Dünen. Herrliche Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer, vom Wohnzimmerfenster aus sichtbar, sowie auch von dort den Gezeitenwechsel beobachten und das Strandleben.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Très bien placé, près des restos, vue sur mer

C'est juste trois nuits, nous ne regrettons pas notre choix, ne pas oublier qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé

Mit Meeresrauschen einschlafen

Der Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Die Lage der Wohnung ist großartig - direkt an der Strandpromenade mit einem wunderbaren Meerblick aus Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Die Sonnenuntergänge kann man auf dem kleinen Balkon genießen, der vom Schlafzimmer aus zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, mit allem, was man als Feriengast braucht, ausgestattet und der Vermieter bzw. die von ihm beauftragte Person sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Plus ist zudem die eigene Garage. Auf der Strandpromenade und den umliegenden Straßen findet man alles, was man braucht: Restaurants, Cafés, kleine Geschäfte und eine gut sortierte épicerie. Der quasi endlose Strand lädt zu Spaziergängen Richtung Dünkirchen oder Belgien ein. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub!

Sehr gute Lage

Unser Pfingsturlaub dort war sehr schön- alles zu Fuß erreichbar- Supermarkt, Restaurant, Bäcker. Sehr schöner Strand und Auto sicher in der Garage geparkt! Uns hat die 4 Etage ohne Aufzug nicht gestört!

La dune à l’envers

Si l’on met à part la propreté des parties communes de la petite résidence où est situé cet appartement et le manque de fermeté des matelas de la seconde chambre, l’impression générale est excellente. La lumière traversante, la vue du bow-window du salon ou du balcon de la chambre, le lavabo de cette chambre, la belle et grande salle de bains, l’équipement, le garage et la proximité des restaurants, des commerces, de Dunkerque, Malo, Ostende, font de ce lieu un endroit où il fait bon vivre. Ajoutez en fond sonore, pour accompagner le bruit des vagues et leur écume, une chanson de Souchon ou d’Arno, et vous serez comblé.e.s.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, vue magnifique. Appartement très bien équipé et produits de première nécessité présents. C'est très appréciable quand on arrive tard. Seul bémol, le garage qui ne permet pas de rentrer un grand véhicule et un stationnement difficile dans la rue (stationnement interdit dans la cour) et pourtant nous étions en avril.

4. Etage hört dich schlimm an, ist gutes Training , und Treppensteigen verlängert das Lebrn

Das war eine sehr schöne erholsame Ferienwoche. Morgens ein herrlicher Sonnenaufgang mit Kaffee in der Küche. Abends der Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein im Wohnzimmer.

Découverte de la côte d'opale

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Bray-Dunes. L'appartement est idéalement situé. Nous avons profité chaque jour du spectacle, qu'il fasse grand beau, qu'il pleuve ou qu'il y ait du vent. Très bon accuei par M.Moulin et très bon contacts avec François.

Sur la digue

Imprenable vue sur la mer. On apprécie le garage fermé. Par contre ça serait bien de préciser plus clairement qu'il n'y a pas de linge du tout, ni draps, ni serviettes.accueil très sympathique. Pour résumer, séjour très agréable dans un appartement très agréable.
