Excellent séjour à Vichy !

Très bon accueil du propriétaire de la location qui s'est montré parfaitement attentionné à notre égard. Nous recommandons cette très agréable location, située dans un quartier calme en toute proximité du centre ville, et fournissant tout le confort attendu pour passer un excellent séjour de vacances à Vichy.

Insatisfaction et propriétaire absent

Notre numéro de tel a été laissé à un tiers sans nous en informer au préalable et sans notre accord. La barrière est dure à ouvrir, frotte sur le ciment et grince. Nous l avons signalé au tiers qui nous a répondu que son petit fils avait autre chose à faire ... Nous avons du attendre 15 jours pour obtenir la pelle et balayette manquantes de l appart. Pour tourner le robinet de la douche , il faut utiliser un chiffon sinon impossible. Nous l avons signalé. La maman du propriétaire est venue mais rien n ' a été fait pour solutionner. De plus, il n y avait pas de congélateur comme dit dans l annonce, juste un petit frigo avec un frezzer. Et lorsque l appart du dessus a été loué, nous avons bénéficié de leurs déplacements et conversations. Au niveau de la propreté, en déplaçant le canapé, nous avons retrouvé des spaghettis... Le papier peint de la chambre est défraîchi et moisi à un des angles. L évier de la cuisine se situe aux alentours de 1,20 m (chez nous, avec le lave vaisselle en dessous, il est à 0,93m) et du fait de sa hauteur, sa fonctionnalité en est réduite. Le seul point positif de cette loc a été le jardinet et le changement de linge de maison une fois par semaine.

Bon emplacement, maison parfaitement bien aménagée.

Mes excuses pour ce retard. Nous avons passé par 2 fois un excellent séjour chez Donatien. Très accueillant et serviable. Maison très agréable avec jardinet qui nous a permis de vivre au grand air, très appréciable pour nous. Séjour court de 2 ou 3 nuits mais j espère pouvoir de nouveau profiter de ce logement. Je recommande vivement Donatien et le remercie pour son dévouement et sa gentillesse.

Location avec locataire à l'étage

La location est proche du centre et des rives de l'allier donc très sympathique. Le petit coin de jardin permet de déjeuner dehors. Mais si le propriétaire avait mis les 2 locations qui existent dans la maison sur la même annonce et non séparées nous n'aurions pas pris cette location. En effet nous entendions beaucoup le locataire à l'étage.

Deux éléments assez désagréable : un évier très haut , donc très fatiguant au niveau des bras et un bruit de circulation de l'eau de chauffage empêchant tout repos nocturne .

L’appartement est bien situé, en face d’un square et dans une rue qui contient des places de parking gratuites. A l’interieur du logement, les pièces sont rangées et décorées de façon sobre et agréable. L’ensemble est fonctionnel et les propriétaires fort sympathiques et arrangeants. Très bon séjour.

Fantastic Apartment and friendly welcome to a beautiful town

We had a fantastic time in Vichy for the Ironman. Everything was was amazing. The town is beautiful with so many things to do and see and it's kept most of its historic charm. The apartment was a great base to explorensure from. We were welcomed on arrival, shown round snd given the keys. It was just what we needed for 2 adults and our little boy. It was clean, practical, tidy, again had French charm that we loved, had all the appliances required and even had a back yard where we could take done relaxing time out and have done food and drinks. It's a shame we only stayed for 5 days but we are planning on coming back in 2019 for the Ironman once more and will look to make more of a holiday of it.

Grand appartement neuf très bien aménagé dans une maison ancienne à 15 minutes à pied du palais des Congrès. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de la propriétaire, et, en particulier, le petit jardin où nous avons pu, le beau temps aidant, prendre nos repas. Recommandé sans restriction.

Logement très agréable, ne pas hésiter

Propriétaire très sympathique et soucieuse que tout soit propre avant notre arrivée. Logement très agréable, la propriétaire vient de remettre à neuf l appart qui est au rez de chaussée d une maison à un étage.l appartement est lumineux, design, de bon goût, avec des petites touches des années 30. La douche est moderne, l appartement est tout équipé, ce qui est très pratique (frigo,four,machine à laver la vaisselle, etc..).l appartement donne accès à une petite cour privé très sympa sans vis à vis. Le logement est calme et donne sur une rue très peu passante et facile pour se garer. La maison donne également sur un parc avec des jeux pour enfants. La maison est idéalement placée, à 5minute de l allier, 10min du centre ancien de Vichy et à 5minutes à pied du marché couvert de Vichy, de la boulangerie.je vous recommande ce logement sans hésiter!
