Dream location, this updated 2bedroom apartment is only 20 minutes to Midtown Manhattan. Professionally decorated this modern apartment will make you feel like home. You will enjoy all the amenities like tv, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, etc. The area is super safe, there is a supermarket only 2 blocks away, stores and restaurants walking distance. Bus stop is only steps away from the apartment.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

A flat functional for a family and the transport to NY.

Claudia was a very effective host. Her explanations were clear and consistent which made our stay very easy and comfortable. She even reacted very fast when we had a little problem in the flat. Thank you very much ! I recommend this host.

Kansas travelers to NYC

Very comfortable and clean. Neighborhood felt safe. Grocery and Dollar General both a short walk away. However, the trundle for couch did not operate properly, which I noticed was mentioned in past reviews. Problem was solved with couch cushions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

20 min bus to NYC

The property was very clean and you can take bus 125 to and from NYC right across the street. Elevator was a bit sketchy but we never stay stuck at it. It is about 20 min drive to the Ferry to the Statue of Liberty and 9 min drive to the American Dream Mall. Communication was great throughout the entire process. The location is noisy (you can hear all the action at the street) but it did not bother me. We would come back.

Convenient location to cross over to NY

Apartment is decent size for 3 adults to sit on the couch only, very clean and location was just what I was looking for to cross over to NY. Down side I forgot old building are heat controlled. Only provided 2 heaters so if each person is in the bed room & 1 person in the living room - someone is out of heat until it kicks in, also it took roughly 20mins for the hot water to run but still nukewarm. But other than that my suggestion to provide the guest your phone number directly after being paid on the day of the arrive (since I had issues on going to the wrong apt due to me following the app instructions vs the email that was sent, I had to call vrbo for help) Host phone number was left but in the apartment but I didnt have it before hand as point of contact.

Nahe Manhattan und trotzdem bezahlbar

Schöne kleine Wohnung und im Nu ist man mit dem Bus in Manhattan. War alles prima. Lediglich 2 weitere Stühle wären nicht schlecht, wenn man wie wir mit mehr als 4 Personen da ist. Wir hatten als Familie eine gute Zeit in New York.

Convenient location

Location was convenient and price was reasonable for a girls weekend to explore NYC. The only thing that could be improved is television signal we had problems with it losing signal and not being able to complete what we were watching whether it was live tv or a movie.

Location!!

We stayed here as a cost effective way to see NYC and couldn't be happier. A quick bus ride through the Lincoln tunnel, then a 5 minute walk and we were in Times square. The apartment has been recently renovated and is quite clean. Definitely get the parking spot (its in the back of the building) so you don't have to worry about finding a spot on the street. We will definitely try to stay there when we go to NYC again.

New Jersey Apartment

My family really enjoyed our stay here very safe, clean, beautiful apartment. Easy access to bus stop located right across street.Also there is a grocery store and restaurants located just a block away. I would highly recommend friendly and very informative host. I would stay again.

Perfect!

We had everything we needed when we came to enjoy NYC for a couple days! Claudia is easy to communicate with and is very responsive. All of her instructions and information were clear and everything went smoothly! Access to NYC is close by and very easy to navigate! Would definitely stay again next time we come!

Perfect Distance

I was able to commute less than 15 minutes to American Dream in Jersey and less than 15 minutes to New York for sight seeing which was my goal over the weekend.

Clean and cozy

We were very satisfied with the apartment, it was cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a small hiccup with our parking spot, but Claudia responded and fixed the problem even at 1am. Overall, we are very happy with our stay.

Perfect stay

I like these places at north bergen. This is our second time. The apartment looks old from outside but inside everything is new and distance to NY is nice. Parking coordination might be improved but the owner did everything she can and was helpful.
