About this property

Over 110 windows opens this cabin to the outdoors like no other cabin. A fully equipped puppet theater 80inch projection screen, surround sound by Bose, 5 full and 2 half baths. Custom hardwood installation including inlaid medallions throughout. Decks which tower into the treetops, overlooking the trout stream which runs through the center of Gatlinburg. In short, a no-expense-spared custom cabin in one of the most historic of Gatlinburg's neighborhoods.

The 10ft.18th century stained glass window is in the first hint that that this cabin is something really special. Finished with cedar shake, stone and log corners, as well as log railing. The Queen of Gatlinburg combines the best of cabin and arts and crafts cottage architecture. Each bedroom is spacious, features a king size bed and has its own private and spacious bathroom with inlaid slate and tile, antique vanities and oversize custom showers. Two great rooms accommodate large groups, and include a slate pool table, Bose surround sound systems integrated with the 80in. Projection TV and high quality furnishings.

Amaze your younger crowd with the fully equipped custom puppet theater located behind the projection screen, or take them down the street to the river for fishing or swimming. We can assist with trout stamp/license information for the fishermen in your group. The river is stocked with trout once per week for the majority of the year.

Adults will truly appreciate the spaciousness of all bedrooms and the living/great rooms. At well over 4,000sqft this lodge will never leave you feeling cramped with larger groups, and features three levels of decks with each bedroom having access to the deck.

Aside from the huge stained glass church window, another 40 plus antique stained glass windows accent the interior and exterior walls and offers that old world charm. Other antiques fill out much of the décor, but with modern lodge-style furnishing for comfort.

A close walk to downtown attractions, the Queen of Gatlinburg is convenient but privately situated above all other surrounding properties, literally towering into the treetops.

Great location

The location is ideal if you want to be able to walk into Gatlinburg. We chose the location before Covid hit and wanted to use the restaurants etc. So the proximity to the town was not such a plus for us as we did not frequent the stores or restaurants. But under other circumstances we would have loved to walk to the restaurants. The owners were extremely responsive to any issues, and came the next day to fix the projection TV and DVD players for us. They also cleaned up the firepit which we used one evening and had a blast using. The photos online are deceiving as there is a picture of a hot tub which no longer exists. But the swim spa outside was excellent and the kids loved it. The kitchen was excellently stocked - something you do not always find in rentals. The layout of the house is also perfect as all the bedrooms have en-suites. We would definitely go back another time when we could take full advantage of the proximity to the town. The smoky mountains park is breathtaking and it is worth searching out the less frequented trails as the park is crowded in the summer.

Wonderful Week in the mountains!!

The cabin was beautiful and everyone had their on living quarters. I have 2 grown kids with children of their own and we all had plenty of room with lots of space for family time and togetherness around the campfire and the huge dining table. We loved it!

Our favorite

This cottage dang near has it all!! We have stayed in more cabins than we can count and this one tops all. We had several teenagers (boys and girls ages 16-18) who had more than plenty to do with the hot tub, basketball goal, fire pit and huge game room. All 5 bedrooms had plenty of space and every bathroom had dual head showers. The kitchen had two of everything (crockpots, blenders, pans, and silverware). Plenty of room for parking and a long driveway with plenty of privacy! Every level had walk out balcony And every bedroom had a door to walk out door to the balcony. We even saw one bear on our deck the first night!! It’s definitely better to walk to Gatlinburg, but it is a bit of a distance. The only thing I would recommend would be to put better pictures on your site for this cabin. Your pics do NOT do it justice...it was beautiful and well worth every penny.

Beautiful property!

We had so much fun! Close to town so those of us who rode together didn't need a car to go do what we wanted in town. Fun movie night using the home theater and pool tournaments! Couldn't have asked for better!

Overall it was a great stay, awesome location and a nicely maintained, clean house. Small critiques: code given to get into the house was not correct, had to call several times and wait to get a hold of the management office to access the house, no extra trash bags when told there would be some, very little dish, hand and cleansing soap available for use, and no salt and pepper ( all other rentals we have stayed at had these on hand for cooking/seasoning)

Christmas 2019

We had an amazing time staying at the Queen of Gatlinburg. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. The cabin was decided for Christmas and they had a variety of things to keep all of us entertained. The kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of towels for the week. The management was extremely helpful. They called to make sure we had everything we needed since they were closed for the holiday, they even proved a few extra items just to make sure. We were glad to be able to walk to town since parking was hard to find over the busy holidays. We highly recommend the Queen of Gatlinburg for your stay in Gatlinburg!

Relax in Luxury

This home was a wonderful place to have our family reunion. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which made getting ready in the morning easier. The game room was perfect for keeping everyone busy on the evenings. The hot tub was very relaxing and big enough for 6 - 8 people. This home was also walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Good time

We enjoyed the location of the cabin. We had smaller children so the game room being on the top floor was not ideal. We had lots of room though. Over all we enoyed being with family and the relaxation.

Our Stay at the Queen of Gatlinburg

We had a large party of 9 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog - the size and space and amenities was perfect for us all. That they had baby gates was a life savor. It had great proximity to town. I recommend it for anyone that has several different families meeting together - each room having its own bathroom and deck access made it so much nicer - in a large group a little privacy from time to time is always appreciated. We would stay here again. We had a couple little things we needed to call the property manager for - their response was very swift.

Wonderful family vacation

We loved the beautiful house and accommodations. Close to Gatlinburg but is really not close walking distance. Wish there was a walking trail to Gatlinburg besides the Main Street. Driveway is slightly difficult to find, but once there, it’s easy in and out. Had plenty of parking space for numerous vehicles. Has a wonderful game room and big screen TV with surround sound upstairs. Had a minor issue on arrival but received immediate response and resolution. We would stay there again.

We loved the beautiful windows, very spacious. More room than I expected , needless to say we will do the same property next year. Driveway was difficult first time in , name of property should be closer to the driveway. Drawer in fridge needs to be replaced, more light in kitchen area otherwise great experience for all. You will love it

Queen of Gatlinburg Treasure

Our family had an amazing time staying in the Queen of Gatlinburg! The property was as published and the space was enormous! The kids and adults loved the play area, swimming spa, and peaceful surrounding! The kitchen and dining room was roomy, equipped, and clean! The bedrooms were beautiful and spacious! The game room was amazing! We were a family with ages 79 to 5 and everyone was pleased and sad to leave! We will definitely try to get this property again!😊😊😊

This beautiful 5 bedroom cabin was perfect for us. Clean!! And I’m Really picky about clean. Kitchen was equipped and we had plenty of dishes, etc. Firepit was ready. Huge outdoor gas grill. Baby gates and seat. Stained glass windows everywhere. Great location. Walking distance to Gatlinburg strip. Saw an eagle fly over two times. Adequate parking. Decks for days. Game room with puppet theater, theater seats, movie screen, pool table, skeet ball, table shuffleboard, game table and foosball. I know I’m forgetting something, everything was so great. I definitely recommend. A+

Beautiful house!

Enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and each of the bedrooms was beautiful. Liked the swim spa and puppet stage. We had one problem and the rental office showed up within 10 minutes and took care of it. There were some minor issues with the home conditions that prevented giving five stars.

Awesome and beautiful!

We had an amazing time at the Queen of Gatlinburg cabin. It was large enough to accommodate 8 adults and 4 children comfortably. The game room was lots of fun for the kids, and everyone loved the swim spa. The cabin is extremely close to downtown Gatlinburg and all the action. We also enjoyed the short drive to the park and all the hiking areas. We would definitely stay here again. It was a fantastic experience. Thank you!
