Good location with poor communication

We had a good stay at the apartment located right next to the ski lift and town center. Unfortunately, communication was not responsive throughout the trip which created unnecessary stress.

Right next to lift but with great view of the mountain on the other side. Surprisingly quiet considering location. Enough space for 5 adults.
