This townhome location is close to many of Montrose's amenities. There are 3 golf courses within 10 minutes, an Aquatic Center to enjoy some water fun after a day of site seeing, and plenty of parks, restaurants (if you don't feel like cooking), several grocery stores, and a farmers market. Montrose and the surrounding San Juan Country has plenty of entertainment.

Comfy Gathering Place, Montrose CO

Second time staying here and I absolutely recommend this location! 4 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was a necessity for my work colleagues and myself for privacy. Super clean and very quiet. Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and liquid bath soap. This would be a great stop for family vacations as well. There is not any outside space but lots of things to do in Montrose. Do not miss this townhouse!

We were in town for a wedding and couldn’t have picked a better property to book. Absolutely calm townhome and spotless. Judy was super communicative and helped when we missed the WiFi password in the guest book!

Adult Family Getaway

We visit Montrose/Western Colorado every New Years to celebrate Christmas with family that lives nearby. As our immediate family has grown, we need more space and this home provided exactly that. Everyone had their own room (and bathroom). There was enough space for us to not feel cramped and decompress after spending all day with extended family. Quiet neighborhood and fully stocked with essentials (loved the tea selection to relax at the end of the day). Will definitely book again!!

Another Girls' Golf Trip

Love, Love, Love-it. This is one of the most well-kept vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. It is perfect for 4 women playing golf for a few days in beautiful Montrose.

Senior Golfers Summer Trip

This property was the perfect rental for our golfing group of seniors. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Everything was in working order. The location is central to many scenic Colorado destinations, including golf courses. We’ld love to come back.

Great place for families close to the national park

Four huge bedrooms and four full bathrooms was amazing! We were able to have everyone comfortable in each of the rooms, and there's plenty of space for the toddlers and the infant.

Very Nice Property

Very, very nice home, very clean, very organized, has everything you could want, having two masters was ideal, the master shower was incredible, location is perfect, perfect set up for our family, we really enjoyed the property. The owner let us check in early which we really appreciated. The only downfall are all the beds and pillows are too hard, we all had trouble sleeping and woke up in pain. This part was rough. It’s such an important part of staying somewhere, getting good sleep. I would have rated 5 stars if this were different.

From the beginning of inquiry about Judy’s townhome, to when we left the property, everything went smoothly. Great base for Black canyon

I graduated from Olathe High School and spent many years in the Montrose area. Being an Air Force retiree, I moved back to the Western Slope that I love the most. There is so much to do in this area, that this place is perfect.

I chose this property because my sister and brother-in-law built this townhome for me. The quality of the construction and the love they put in to this place by helping me furnish it is what family is all about.
