Superb cheese factory (19th century), renovated, ideal for nature lovers

The idyllic village Le Valtin (750 m) is located in the Hautes-Vosges. The old cheese dairy "Les Fromagère" is located in the center of the village. The 200 year old building was completely renovated in 2007 and now offers 3 spacious holiday apartments which are accessed via a common entrance. The apartments have all the comforts of modern houses but have retained their original character. Les Fromagère offers with 250 m² room for 14-20 people for the whole house. You can also rent only one of the apartments: Apt. Thérèse 45 m² (2-4 pers), Apt. Madeleine 67 m² (4-6 people), Apt. Bernadette 135 m² (8-10 people) with open fireplace. Each apartment has a terrace and can benefit from the vaulted cellar with the tiled stove. A few steps from the cottage there is the old sawmill - renovated for your meals with a view of the young Meurthe. A vacation at Valtin is perfect for relaxing, swimming in one of the nearby lakes, hiking or winter sports - or just enjoying nature.

Un logement parfait pour de grands groupes
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement. Nous étions en famille pour une réunion de 3 jours et nous avons été très contents de la qualité du logement. Les explications sont claires pour y accéder, et tout était comme convenu, y compris les draps et serviettes. Nous avons aussi apprécié la quantité de vaisselle, de fournitures et d'électroménager, qui nous a permis d'organiser les repas sans difficulté. Sans compter que le logement est propre, bien isolé, et très agréable à vivre. Les environs sont magnifiques et vous pourrez profiter de magnifiques balades aux alentours. Nous recommandons chaudement !

Wunderbares Haus für Familienurlaub in großer Gruppe
Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von fünf Familien in Le Valtin und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Aufteilung in drei Wohnungen mit jeweils mehreren Zimmern ist perfekt für einen Urlaub mit verschieden großen Familien. Die Austattung mit Babystühlen, Treppengittern (an jeder Treppe), Spielzimmer und vielem mehr machen den Urlaub darüber hinaus sehr sorgenfrei. Rundum gelungen und sehr empfehlenswert!

L'endroit parfait pour se retrouver entre amis, avec chacun notre marmaille
Maison très agréable, parfaitement équipée pour de grandes et belles tablées, adaptée pour y loger à plusieurs familles tout en laissant la possibilité de se retrouver dans les pièces communes, autour de la cheminée ou dans la grande salle de jeux, très fournie aussi. Impossible de s'ennuyer pour les enfants!

Wie gemacht für eine Familienfeier
Es passte alles - insbesondere die Aufteilung in drei Wohnungen mit den Rückzugsmöglichkeiten ist sehr gut, die Kinder können ungestört schlafen, während in der großen Wohnung noch gegessen und gefeiert wird. Dadurch gibt es außerdem genug Möglichkeiten, parallel zu kochen und ausreichend Bäder/Toiletten.

Prima Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub mit der Großfamilie mit 12 Personen. Drei schöne Wohnungen in unterschiedlicher Größe, die einerseits jedem Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bietet, andererseits in der größten Wohnung aber auch tolle Aufenthaltsbereiche für die ganze Gruppe bietet. Sehr gute Organisation der Schlüssel- und Bettwäscheübergabe durch die Vermieter. Unkomplizierte Wohnungsübergabe.

Nous avions loué les 3 gites, et sommes très satisfaits des lieux. L'ensemble est très propre et très bien équipé à quelques minutes de Gérardmer. Dommage que la neige ne soit pas au rendez-vous.

Pour un magnifique Noël en famille
Venus des 4 coins de la France, nous avons trouvé grâce à ce gite la possibilité de passer un magnifique Noël en famille.La proximité de l'Alsace et de ses marchés de Noël, Gerardmer, les sentiers environnants mais également l'espace disponible pour 20personnes ont fait comme cette semaine est passée bien trop vite !!

Séjour entre amis au Valtin
Le chalet est spacieux, aménagé et décoré avec goût. Il est équipé pour l'accueil d'enfants en bas âge (barrières de sécurité dans les escaliers, lit parapluie, chaises hautes). L'endroit est calme et se trouve à proximité de nombreux sentiers de randonnée.

Tolles Haus für Gruppen
das haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr praktische eingerichtet. 3 Einzelwohnungen wurden zusammen für eine Gruppe gemietet. Insbesondere der lichtdurchflutete Gemeinschaftsraum wurde sehr geschätzt. Die Umgebung ist wundervoll, direkt hinter dem haus beginnt ein zauberhafter Panoramaweg. Beide Restaurants am Ort sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Hele mooie woning van alle gemakken voorzien!
Wij waren met een familie van 10 en hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Fijn dat er aparte appartementen zijn, zodat je als je dat wilt je ook terug kunt trekken uit de groep.

Wir waren mit der Familie (21 Personen) - 3-Generationen- 9 Kindern - über das Wochenende im Ferienhaus. Wir hatten genügend Platz, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum wandern, spielen und erholen. Tolle, unkomplizierte Vermieter.
