The house is close to the shops of LANRIEC. 5 minutes by car from CABELLOU and its beaches.
The walled town of Concarneau is accessible by the Bac du Passage which is 10 minutes away on foot.
Bright, quiet house open to the garden, it enjoys the sun all day.
On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge) open to the living room.
A storage room with wardrobe and extra fridge.
Bathroom.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with 4 single bunk beds. A bathroom with bathtub.
A garden furniture is available as well as sun loungers.
A 2-seater canoe is available with its equipment (paddles, life jackets, transport wheels) for sea trips departing from CABELLOU for example. (provide gallery for the car)

The access to the attic is closed as well as the access to a private room, not offered, which is locked.
