The house has been recently renovated and enjoys a beautiful location on the Gulf and the proximity to the beach.
A short distance other beautiful beaches different l 'from each other and separated by cliffs; In front of the house is visible l 'island of Mal di Ventre, a protected natural oasis and tourist destination. Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Unser Highlight: Wunderbares Frühstück mit Meerblick auf der Terasse. Sehr gute technische Ausstattung. Vermieter freundlich und entgegekommend. Den Außenanlagen sieht man den erhöhten Pflegebedarf durch die direkte Meeresnähe an.

Wunderbare Woche in Putzu Idu

Das Ferienhaus hat eine gute Lage direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schönes Geschirr. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem.

Wonderful!

The apartment was really nicely furnitured. The kitchen was very well equipped (with oven microwave, dish washer!!) and with everything one needs. Beautiful plates, glasses etc as well. At all high standard here! Terace directly next to the beach - awesome! And Michele (via email) and Naomi really kind and welcoming!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, aber das 2.Zimmer könnte eine Klima Anlage vertragen. Die Außenanlage könnte besser gepflegt werden. Der Vermieter Michele ist sehr zuvorkommend u reagiert sofort auf Mängel die wir gemeldet haben. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Michele.

Wonderful appartment right by the sea...

Michele was absolutely perfect as the host. We got to know him and his family a little and are very grateful that he shared his little paradise with us! In the event of a small medical emergency, he even organized a doctor for us! The apartment is perfectly located and we loved the great sea view and are already missing it. The beautiful apartment was equipped with everything we needed and we were even allowed to use 2 SUP boards and 2 bikes. A clear recommendation from us ... we would be happy to come back!

Total perfekt zum Entspannen und Surfen

Die Wohnung direkt am Meer (10m zum Strand) hat wirklich eine geniale Lage. Austatttung und Konzept sind sehr gut – man fühlt sich wohl in diesem Apartment. Der Ort ist im Herbst sehr ruhig, was zu einer sehr entspannten Stimmung führt. Für Leute, die wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge, einen langen Strand und wenig Leute (im Herbst, keine Ahnung wie es im Sommer ist!) geniessen wollen ist das eine gute Wahl. Michele kümmert sich sehr aufmerksam und liebevoll um seine Gäste – vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung. Fahrräder sind ebenfalls vorhanden, was zur Erkundung der Umgebung einlädt. Wir kommen wieder!

Rundum perfekt

Viel gibt es nicht zu schreiben. Wir verbrachten Anfang September 5 Nächte in Putzu Idu. Der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt. Kommunikation mit Michele im Vorfeld problemlos und freundlich. Super Lage. Modern ausgestattete Wohnung. Unser dreijähriger Sohn hatte sehr viel Spaß, auch Dank des reichlich vorhandenen Spielzeugs :) . Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Super Appartment in a perfect setting

We had a fabulous week in Putz Idu. The highlights of the holiday were using the bikes to cycle to Is Arustas, SUP and watching the sunsets. The appartment is very well equipped and Michele was always quick to respond to any questions.

Appartamento bello, spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti gli accessori: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno microonde. Tutto nuovo. Posizione diretta sulla spiaggia. Si può mangiare fuori che è riparato anche quando c'è vento forte. Alla sera il sole tramonta sul mare. Bello bello bello.

Schönes Haus auf schöner Insel

Das Ferienhaus hat alles gehabt, wie in der Bewertung angepriesen. Anfragen hat Michele schnell beantwortet. Im Ort selber war nicht mehr viel los (Mitte Oktober), was aber zu erwarten war. Am Strand war viel Seegras angeschwemmt. Es bleibt zu hoffen, dass das im Sommer nicht so ist bzw. beseitigt wird. Ansonsten schöner Sandstrand, teilweise einige Felsen.

Perfect apartment right at the beach

The apartment is ideally situated, less than 15meters from the waves. Direct path to the water, perfect sound of the sea :) The interior is very recently renovated, in an appealing way; well thought out. Everything well equipped. Logistics for entering and leaving the apartment went very easy and in a totally uncomplicated way.

Arrivati sul posto il proprietario ci ha accolto mostrandoci nel dettaglio l'immobile, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort, che è esattamente come nella descrizione dell'inserzione. Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia di Putzu idu che è incantevole: mare limpido e adatto anche ai più piccoli perchè la spiaggia e il fondale sono di sabbia finissima. Mi sono trovata talmente bene che il prossimo anno replicherò qui la mia vacanza !

Quiet apartment in great location!

Just returned from an amazing week in Putzu Idu! Michele, the owner, met us at the apartment on our arrival and was so friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic lunch with him and his family, it was such a lovely start to a great week. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for self catering. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance which were very useful. We included bikes within our booking which we found to be a great way to explore the local area. There is a lovely quiet road from Putzu Idu to Su Pallosu which was a lovely cycle route. The apartment has a view to die for! We loved being right on the beach and in the evening you get the most beautiful sunset views, it's just stunning! We found the apartment and area of Putzu Idu to be lovely and quiet. We would love to return again in the future! Grazie mille Michele!

Vacanza con la V maiuscola!

E' proprio come la si vede in fotografia....bellissimo posto, punto strategico per andare a visitare anche altre bellissime località. Michele, molto disponibile, ci ha dato informazioni utili per trascorrere al meglio la vacanza!!! La casa , molto carina, a due passi dall'incantevole mare. Una vacanza con la V maiuscola!

La casa ha un a posizione unica! A due passi da un mare incantevole. In un posto strategico per chi vuole visitare altre spiagge o località note. Il proprietario molto disponibile. Vacanza ok! Sicuramente da ripetere! siamo stati fortunati perché il tempo è stato bello per tutta la settimana. Lilly e Tomaso
