Girlfriends mini vacation

This is such a perfect location with ample parking in such a highly trafficked area! The condo is very spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and harbor! It was a surprise to us that there was an indoor pool! Marty, the owner was especially accessible and helpful when we needed him. We will be back!

Great location!

We stayed for a week and never had to use our car, soon after arriving, we parked in the garage and were able to walk to the beach, to area restaurants, and activities at the nearby marina. The property itself is spacious, has first class amenities, and a beautiful view of the marina and lake.

Nice quick trip!

Came to meet a girlfriend before I deliver my baby and catch up with some beach time and good food! We only stayed 2 nights but it was a great location in condos I have always been curious about!

Get Away From Florida

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We took full advantage of the excellent fitness room and pool, as well as close proximity to the beach and many restaurants. Already planning a return trip.

Great location and listing

The condo was very well stocked with all the right cleaning supplies and appliances needed for cooking; in addition to pots/pans/silverware/dishes. I wish we would have had small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. The check in process was a bit odd and came with some annoyances calling back and forth multiple times for “the next step”. Overall though, it was a beautiful, spacious home with a great location and view.

Wonderful space, close to everything

This condo was great. Super spacious and a fantastic location. Would recommend over and over. The only thing was we had to wait for Marty to call us back to get into the condo but after that, it was a fantastic stay.

My daughter said she wished she lived here!

My husband passed away last year, and I wanted to have a nice weekend getaway for Father’s Day. My six-year-old and four-year-old had the best time here. We were walking distance from the beach and everything downtown. The views from the balcony were beautiful, and this condo had everything we needed. Thank you for a beautiful new memory for me and my kids.

Great Lake Michigan - New Buffalo Destination

We had a nice time with family at Marty's condo. It's in a great location and is great for family to share. Lots of great common open space to share. The fireplace was great for the cool October evenings.

Fall Girls' Weekend

We loved this condo! So convenient to walk lots of places--even in the off-season. We enjoyed the spacious layout and comfy couch for sitting and chatting late into the night. Our weather didn't cooperate but we still had a great time! Marty accommodated us by texting check in instructions since we were late in our arrival. Admittedly, there were several steps but his directions were spot on and we got in with little issue. A note if you'd think it'd be bothersome for your party: this condo is right next to the train tracks. We only heard train whistles for a train about 9:15 am so it was not an issue for us but not sure if trains run more often in the summer? Thanks for a great stay!
